I called 12 different places as far as Riverside (I'm in Yucaipa) and couldn't find anyone who could accommodate us because of it being so last minute and his breed (he's a mix). I don't have anyone in this state who I have the kind of relationship with where I could ask them to watch my dog full time for 9 days so I was pretty sure I was going to have to stay home. I found Beaumonsters 15 hours before my plane took off and trusted them with my dog who is like a son to me because it was probably the last time I'd get to see my grandmother. The owner at this place is a really nice guy and my dog liked him right away. The trip meant the world to me and my boy was safe and well cared for the entire time. Even after paying a short-notice fee I still ended up paying less than the companies near us if they hadn't been too full to accommodate me. I feel like I lucked out not paying more to end up with kennel cough from a boarding style place. Will definitely use them again whenever I can afford some time off work.

Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol. Sadie, our old lady Pitbull had an extra pep in her step after her session and you see her enjoying the ride home in the picture below. We will definitely be going back in the next month!

I've been bringing my dog here since March, and everything was fine at first. Recently, however, I…read morelearned that he has been separated from other dogs without any notice or explanation. Given that he has always been social and has attended daycares since he was 14 weeks old, this raises concerns about whether breed bias may be playing a role. I also noticed an $8 fee for someone to stand next to a dog while they eat lunch, which feels unusual and excessive. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

Since we're at work and school the whole day, we decided that day care was our only option and called around. It worked out that this was only 15 minutes away from my school so we called, got the info, and now repeat customers! They do need a recent fecal test done, which we had done at their place since it was so last minute but they were very accommodating and we results back quick. We were thankfully able to schedule him for his eval the next day, which he passed! I really love that they have six different outdoor yards and the dogs are separated based on their play style. My dog LOVES to play and run around, but I do worry about him annoying other dogs lol so I'm glad that I don't have to worry about that here since he can play with other dogs who have just as much energy as him. They have webcams from 8-5 so I'm able to check in on him and they also upload pics of him throughout the day + a daily report card! Their hours are also amazing. They open from 6:30AM-6:30PM so I'm able to drop him off early before school and pick him up after 6 when I'm off. The staff here are all so nice. I always call and ask to give his paws a quick wipe down when I'm on his way just because his paws can get a lot of dirt and they're always so nice about it, which I really appreciate. Pricing is also very fair. We get the 14 full day pass, which is $418 and it's well worth it. I've also done glamping here with them, where you get charged half day (when he's just playing) and then he gets his bath. They do a great job with the deshedding and then after he's just in a suite so he doesn't get dirty again. I love that they do that. Overall, I'm really glad I found this place. It's given me and my bf a peace of mind when we are busy. Highly recommend!

Her methods are practical for real life situations and she listens to her clients well. Now that my boy is all grown up, we go to PhDogs for their awesome dock diving pool. The process of booking and using the pool is easy. Bear is always so excited to go there. That's where the real, unfiltered experiences live. Mine is now among them. Just two weeks ago, my beautiful Pomeranian passed away suddenly at only 5 1/2 years old. She went into cardiac arrest during a routine vet visit. There were no signs beforehand--just a healthy-appearing, playful pup who was suddenly gone. The vet techs tried everything, but they couldn't bring her back. We had a full autopsy done--my vet kindly paid for it because we were all so shocked. The results showed a rare heart condition (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) ) thickening of the heart tissues usually found in cats, one that's nearly impossible to detect until it's too late. She also had tracheal issues, which I've since learned are common in poorly bred Pomeranians. You cannot outrun genetics, no matter how much you love your dog or how good your vet is. This is a condition inherited. When I first met Jacqueline, I had an uneasy feeling. I asked for health documentation, and she dismissed me, saying: "Why would you need that? They're healthy." I asked to see the puppy's parents and was told, "Why do you need to see them? You don't always look like your parents." When I heard loud barking from what seemed to be her garage, I asked if there were dogs back there. She denied it and said she didn't hear any barking at all. Eventually, she brought out the mother, but only at a distance--it felt staged and uncomfortable. Her answers were vague and evasive. She couldn't tell me exactly how many dogs she had, only that some were at her girlfriend's house, some here, and others "somewhere else." It felt like she was hiding something. It felt like a backyard breeding operation. After I bought my dog, Jacqueline continued texting me pictures of other puppies she had for sale, asking if I or anyone I knew wanted to buy one. She always seemed to have a steady stream of Pomeranian puppies available, which raised even more red flags. Where were all these puppies coming from? How many dogs is she really breeding--and in what conditions? Despite my gut feeling, I had already fallen in love with my pup. I waited a month to bring her home. During that time, I started having nightmares, and eventually found the filtered reviews here on Yelp. I confronted Jacqueline about them, but she insisted they were written by "competitors trying to sabotage her business." I wanted to believe her, but I no longer can. Too many stories, too many patterns. And now, I'm living one of them. Please--if you're looking for a dog, adopt. There are so many animals who need loving homes. But if you absolutely must get a purebred, find a breeder with merit and ethics--one who breeds to show, not just to sell. Look for breeders who health test, who can provide transparent records, and who genuinely care about the dogs' well-being--not profit. Just because a dog is AKC registered does not mean it's been genetically tested, responsibly bred, or isn't the product of inbreeding. Don't be fooled by registration alone. I adored my Pomeranian with all my heart. She brought me so much joy, and her loss is unbearable. I will never support Jacqueline Mathews or Mathews Bitsy Pomeranians again, and I hope that by sharing this, I can help others avoid the same heartbreak.
