She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

But the fur babies are another story. He told me him and his wife also do pet sitting. Long story short we spent a night at the casino last weekend while the kids enjoyed raiding grandmas pantry and toy closet. Little test run. And we couldn't be happier. I called 12 different places as far as Riverside (I'm in Yucaipa) and couldn't find anyone who could accommodate us because of it being so last minute and his breed (he's a mix). I don't have anyone in this state who I have the kind of relationship with where I could ask them to watch my dog full time for 9 days so I was pretty sure I was going to have to stay home. I found Beaumonsters 15 hours before my plane took off and trusted them with my dog who is like a son to me because it was probably the last time I'd get to see my grandmother. The owner at this place is a really nice guy and my dog liked him right away. The trip meant the world to me and my boy was safe and well cared for the entire time. Even after paying a short-notice fee I still ended up paying less than the companies near us if they hadn't been too full to accommodate me. I feel like I lucked out not paying more to end up with kennel cough from a boarding style place. Will definitely use them again whenever I can afford some time off work.

Sophie has been home for two weeks and we could not be happier. Her behavior has improved so much and we enjoy going on walks again. Stating the obvious, he was not well behaved. He would bark non stop, run out the door, herd his frenchie brothers, and there was zero chance to catch him because he is so fast. Just like most people I absolutely love my dog and sending him to camp for an extended time was kind of a bummer. But I knew if we kept on the way we were it was going to cause too much stress on the other animals and humans in the home. I can honestly say the entire time he was in Megan's care I was never worried about his safety or happiness. Megan truly loves the animals she works with and clearly is meant to do this. She sent daily updates with amazing pictures of all of their adventures. It was literally the highlight of each day to get to witness his incredible progress! The day I was reunited with Aksel it was so amazing to see not only how well mannered he was but the fact he was the same lovable goofball he was when he left. At the end of training Megan took the time to teach me how to maintain Aksel's progress and set us up for success. He has been home for a bit of time now and what a difference it has made. I didn't think it was possible but I think we all love him even more now. I cannot say enough about this experience. Megan is the best!

At the first meeting, I gave her my key directly, but after that we placed it under a specific plant and told her which one, so it was very easy with no pickup hassle. She would send some pictures when she checked on him, and do small things like pop open the dishwasher when I asked. I have absolutely no complaints!
