He completely shifted the way we saw Juno's behavior and taught us how to communicate with him in a way that built trust instead of fear. Through his guidance, we were able to create a genuine bond with Juno, and that's what made the biggest difference. We enrolled our 4.5 month old puppy in the Puppy Playgroup at Zoom Room Dog Training because we…read morewere sold on the idea of safe, controlled socialization with professional supervision. The concept is great and the facility itself was clean and well-organized. However, the actual experience did not feel as structured or controlled as expected. During our session, a much larger puppy chased our puppy, which caused her to panic, run into a wall, and urinate out of fear. What was most concerning was the lack of immediate intervention. The dog was allowed to approach her again shortly after the incident, before she had time to recover, and I had to step in and ask the trainer and owner for space. From what we understood, these classes are meant to provide "positive, controlled exposure" to build confidence, but the environment felt more like free interaction than guided socialization. Introducing toys and releasing multiple dogs at once seemed to escalate energy levels rather than create calm, safe introductions, especially for younger or more sensitive puppies. They finally had the bigger puppy sitting in a corner to calm down and our puppy was able to interact with a smaller dog afterward. However, this felt more like her coping despite the environment, rather than being supported by it. I believe this type of class may work well for more confident or experienced dogs, but for younger puppies who are still learning social skills, closer supervision and quicker intervention, especially when chasing or fear is involved, would make a significant difference. Overall, the idea behind the program is strong, but the execution of the playgroup did not match the level of structure and safety we were expecting.

Debbie started working with us and gave me very helpful tips to help my dogs to get along. She has a very pleasant and calm spirit......plus she really loves dogs. The important part was to follow up with the homework she gave me after each visit. She made great suggestions and demonstrated how to execute them and my job was to put them to use. We were able to take negative behavior and make positive changes. It was pretty miraculous and our new dog has become calm and a loving member of our family. I will reach out to Debbie in the future if we need any fine tuning. She rocks and really helped.

Khaleb did an amazing job of training my 11 month old husky / Shepard mix. i rescued her at 6…read moremonths old. she was a very scared and anxious puppy. she didn't trust people and would lunge, bark, growl. she would get so scared she would bark at any little noise. After 3 weeks of the Puppy Program board and train, BMO is a completely different dog. She is confident and happy. She does not hesitate to show affection to people she used to avoid. with strangers, she doesn't react. she either introduces herself or ignores them. the days of being embarrassed and stressed of bringing my puppy around people are over. We had a reservation at a boarding in banning for our 1 yr old XL American bull dog and were turned away at the door. Unsure if we'd be able to stay in California for the weekend. Khaleb responded within 30 minutes of contacting him . His professionalism knowledge and genuine care provided immediate comfort to our family. Our dogs immediate response to the way he handled him was very reassuring. The grounds are clean. Dogs are well kept and well behaved. It had a real home feeling to it. It's a smaller boarding with fewer dogs. Which was ideal for our dog. This environment was Less stressful for dogs and he had more time with them individually. Khaleb also updated us with videos and texts. Highly recommend if you live in the area!!!
