Stating the obvious, he was not well behaved. He would bark non stop, run out the door, herd his frenchie brothers, and there was zero chance to catch him because he is so fast. Just like most people I absolutely love my dog and sending him to camp for an extended time was kind of a bummer. But I knew if we kept on the way we were it was going to cause too much stress on the other animals and humans in the home. I can honestly say the entire time he was in Megan's care I was never worried about his safety or happiness. Megan truly loves the animals she works with and clearly is meant to do this. She sent daily updates with amazing pictures of all of their adventures. It was literally the highlight of each day to get to witness his incredible progress! The day I was reunited with Aksel it was so amazing to see not only how well mannered he was but the fact he was the same lovable goofball he was when he left. At the end of training Megan took the time to teach me how to maintain Aksel's progress and set us up for success. He has been home for a bit of time now and what a difference it has made.
