From day one she was so gentle, patient, and friendly with him. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about the dogs she works with. Koda learned so much so quickly in her classes. Abby made everything easy to understand and gave us practical tools we could use at home, which made a huge difference. Watching him grow more confident each week was the best feeling. She also gave wonderful recommendations on PetSmart products and future classes that were actually helpful, not just random suggestions. One of her recommendations led us to enroll Koda in another group class where he met his lifelong puppy friends. That meant so much to us. Abby truly helped shape Koda into the sweet, well behaved pup he is today, and for that I am so grateful. If you are thinking about training classes, ask for Abby. Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.

Our boy Duke has come so far since we first began with Nate. Duke came to us very fearful and still is in certain situations but he is learning to trust us and we are learning how to read his cues and how to stop the behavior before it starts.
