I called to see if they service cats and they do! I don't know how but cat was suddenly covered in some dirt and was oily. I figure she found some spot where she was rolling around in dirt. They cleaned her up very well and I was overall very satisfied with the service. The was a little issue with lack of communication but nothing crazy. I can tell they are very busy women and rightfully so. Definitely will be going back again. read more

I have used Patti since the time I moved up here five years ago‼ I have an English cream retriever, Cindy Lou, who and Bonnie is my border collie both rescues Bonnie had never been groomed. I read all the wonderful reviews before I took my dog here, having had a less than stellar experience at another place. They are so nice!! My very shy dog did great and best of all he looked perfect and smelled so wonderful. Even though I am allergic (he's my husband's dog), I just had to pet him all afternoon! Don't normally post negative reviews. Just moved up here and walked in to inquire about pricing. There was a dog roaming the front but it was nice. There were two women in the back grooming two dogs so I waited not wanting to startle them and have them accidentally clip a dog. They were chatting while they were grooming but hadn't noticed me. There dog the older lady was grooming began whining but not being crazy or aggressive. I watched her snatch that dog so hard in the head for simply making a noise. I turned around and walked right out. Will never bring my pets here. If you care about yours you won't either. Not sure they ever noticed me. read more

This was an "amazing" experience for our cat Chachi today. My wife and I took our 22 yr. old cat in for a cleaning and grooming. Not many groomers will even take our little buddy based on his age. But despite her concerns about him, she promised to at least, "Do what she could do". And folks, she did so much more then that. We were quoted about $45 (before tip). However, this professional took her time and showed her care. After nearly four hours, after taking her time, she and her assistant produced one BEAUTIFULLY cleaned, uniquely groomed, and beautiful cat! Our total? $60 + a WELL DESERVED tip! Congratulations ladies! We have now been home for hours. And, ever since we got him home? He is like a 'new' cat. Feelin' so much better. The sign out front does say, 'professional'. But that? Doesn't EVEN begin to describe how REALLY GOOD that you folks are at 'Doggie Styles'. We thank you! And love that we have yet another GREAT small business with care, that serves our little mountain community. And, makes us proud to live here. read more

I'm new to the area and it was very easy to make an appointment . It took about a week before I could be seen but that was because of my work schedule. It was very easy to drop my baby off..... they are right off of the highway so you just park right in front of the shop right by the street. he looked great when I picked him up total service took about two hours. 40$ Price was very affordable and worth every penny. My husband and I took our one year old puppy for the first time to get groomed here. We were a little uneasy not knowing how our puppy would react but were overjoyed that they had no problems. We took our dog to Josie, who we found out about because she was our neighbor. Josie was really professional and took away all our uneasiness dropping off our dog. Took about an hour or less but she definitely took her time on our puppy. She even helped us with her recommendations and experience. Do not take your pup here if you love them !!! I had a terrible experience here. First, my dog had an appointment so I waited outside and they didn't get to her for two hours. Second, I specifically asked for them not to bathe her. She has sensitive skin so I bathe her at home with special shampoos. I only needed them to trim her hair under her paws and bottom as well as do a nail clipping. When they told me she was ready the 3 things I had asked them to do were not done. I asked them what they had done in those 2 hours and they said they gave her a bath. I asked if they could trim her nails and hair and the woman who owns the place started screaming at me to get out. There was a couple there picking up their dog and she tells them "I get people like that in here all the time" then looks at me and screams at me to get out. I do not understand what provoked her to be so mean and RUDE! I had every intention to pay her for her services and my pup really needed her hair and nails trimmed. Lastly, the floor was covered in blood!!! I am not sure what they did to this poor dog who was in the cage but he was bleeding all over the place. Needless to say I never went back. read more

I use to always go to her. She always did a great job. But lately, she got a big head on her. She gets too busy and gets rude to people. Her business is too small. She needs to buy the business across the street that is for sale now. She needs to hire another groomer. I use to commute from riverside to use her. No more. After she started being rude, that was the last call. Why doesn't a owner of a grooming business groom her own chow that lays ratted in her store? Sorry patty, you just don't listen to the customer anymore when grooming. You groom the dog to your own specification without the care of the customer. I used their dog sitting service recently. Dave Tilton agreed to visit my house twice a day for 7 days. When I returned home and realized he had not come, my older dog spent three days in the hospital before he died. Starving to death from neglect. $3000 vet bill. Dave tells me he forgot. I have had friends rave about this business... So I made an appointment. I was quoted $35-40 dollars which is in the ballpark for a 20 lb terrier. He is a good dog and easy to deal with. Apparently this was the first solo time for this person to do a dog . A man who had opened up the store took the directions as to how I wanted the dog groomed.... With pictures. When I came back I was in shock..,. The groomer had paid no attention to the directions. I told her to stop and I would take the dog as he was. She insisted that she was doing the right cut and showed a dog book of a different breed than my dog. I explained that was not my dogs breed,.. But since the picture showed a black dog and my dog was black .... Well ., The worst was when it was time to pay... I was charged. $50!!!! For a poor haircut ( didn't even do the feet ) and the dog was not tangled ! I felt enraged and "taken "..... I hear the owner is a good lady... But she not there that day. I am a long time mountain resident and I went there because I had heard good things ... But I will Never return . read more

HORRIBLE!!! Worst customer service, my client wanted me to take his dog here so he called and asked if they had time to do her that day, they said if we brought her in right away they could fit her in, so i take her in and first of all nobody even notices im there for at least 5 min, second the place is disgusting n smelly, third they have dogs in crates stacked like 4 or 5 high which is not safe, they are rude when they talk to you especially the owner, n last but not least after i leave im expecting the dog to done in about an hour,but when i went back they hadnt even started on her, they lost my client there because i will not take anyones dog there even if they are paying me, i would not recommend this place to anyone if you really care about your animals. Idk who this "David K " guy is but seems like he's a friend of the owners who asked for a good review to cover up the bad ones read more

I've taken my dogs to a number of pet grooming shops and this is the best. There's another shop in town where I wonder if they even like dogs (or people for that matter). At Doggie Styles it is clear that they like the animals and their work shows it. My dogs are always happy after a grooming and look and smell marvelous. I recommend them highly. read more
