I was so impressed! I've taken my older dog to many boarding places through out her years. None compare to this. I have a puppy I needed boarded and this was his first time away from us. I was very worried how he would do. I chose this place based off of the warm and friendly communication initially, as well as the group atmosphere versus kennel boarding. When I arrived, my dog immediately took to playing with the other dogs and running around their large backyard facility! What made this place even better- they sent me text updates with photos and videos of my pup having a grand ole time! He even got a little training on the fly! I thought that was so awesome. Since the kennel people mixed up our dogs names, they took the healthy dog instead of the sick dog to the veterinarian and it was euthanized. Meanwhile, the sick dog was not getting any care until the kennel realized their mistake and took the sick dog to an after hours veterinarian. We cut short our vacation to be with our dog. Thanks to the veterinarians who saved our remaining dog's life by treating her with fluids, antibiotics, and a drug to counteract the toxins in her system causing the bleeding. Heartbroken over the loss of our other, we will never use Luv'm Kennel again. Sign us sad in Lucerne Valley.
