We have been coming here for almost a year now and we absolutely love it! Nicki is the groomer for our golden retriever and he absolutely adores her! She takes her time and is very sweet! The other staff here are very nice as well. The place is clean and our boy gets very excited to come here! He always gets a cute bandana which I think is such a nice finishing touch! This was my second time taking my dog to this location. First visit I asked to be quoted for a teddy bear haircut they quoted me $65. In this second visit hours after dropping off my dog I got a call from the owner telling me I was given the wrong price in my last visit, and that this visit will be around $80 to $85. I asked her why I wasn't told this before the service had begun. She told me that they have the right to change there prices at any given time and don't have to tell there customers until after the service is done. I've taken my dog to many different groomers and I've never experienced a price change after they had already agreed apon a price with me. All extra fees and price changes should be told to customers before starting the services. She was very rude and had terrible customer service. She even said good luck to my dog when I was walking out of there shop. I will take my dog to other groomers that are transparent on there prices. read more

They normally do a very good job and are pretty quick. Although today I dropped my dog off at 11am and she is still there (3pm) not to mention she is a small dog so it really shouldn't take much time at all. I definitely don't think she should be there for 4 hours. read more

Main thing you're getting when you go here is an amazing experience. My dad has been taking our dog here and this is probably the only grooming place our dog has left not a nervous mess. (She's peed, had tummy issues etc from going to other groomers). She hates being groomed, and does put up a lil bit of a fight going in, however when picking her up she is completely calm. They often let dogs roam so they aren't locked up (our dog can be testy with other dogs so I do mention that and they keep her in the kennel for safety). All the groomers are really nice and make sure dogs are vaccinated and up to date on shots. They are very aware of any issues and are patient and kind with the dogs every time I've walked in. read more

I've only been to this establishment 3x and I wanted to make sure they were consistent before giving a good review. Unfortunately it only took 3x before deciding I will not be returning to this groomer. Their haircuts are great but their wait times are unbelievable. When I arrived there were only 2 dogs in the shop and I arrived at my appointment time. I waited 3 hours without hearing anything from them so I called to see what was going on, when I spoke to the staff I was told that in 3 hours he'd only had a bath and they haven't even started the haircut. They told me "small breeds take longer" but 3 hours, 2 dogs- something doesn't add up. I'm disappointed with their inability to keep up with their appointments in a timely manner and my pup and I will be searching for another groomer unfortunately. read more

After using this over priced place for three years due to convenience of location, we will not be returning. They had no problem canceling my dog's grooming appointment TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW due to the groomer calling in sick or "emergencies." Even when I told the lady that they just canceled my appointment last weekend, she didn't seem to care. I had an appointment but when I arrived I was told that my appointment had actually been the day before (despite the fact that I wrote it on my calendar the moment the appointment was given to me, and confirmed even when I called to discuss a separate matter two days before). I was then told that they attempted to contact me but that they couldn't hear me and claims they called me back (but no missed calls and claims she wasn't able to leave a voicemail). She refused to keep the appointment when I came into the shop with my dog. I was a loyal customer of happy dog groomer and was so sad when they closed their doors. I found myself trying to locate a new groomer and thought I'd give this facility a try. The first thing you will notice when you walk in the door is how dirty the place is. I should have known it was time to walk out when the site and the smell overtook me. I understand you are taking care of animals but this is also a business so let's think about at least sweeping up the entry way and maybe cleaning the scummy windows too. Then I got the third degree about the vaccines my dogs did or didn't have. I work in healthcare and administer my own vaccines which is cheeper and allows my dogs to be a little more calm when I give them their shots. I get that the vaccines are important but when I got the third degree about my vaccine record and what was and wasn't there with the disapproving looks of my little paper shot record which by the way had all the pertinent info needed and was then told to bring it receipts for proof, that was just too much! Give me a break your not doing heart surgery or a triple bypass so get over yourself! I just wanted a few baths for my dogs. I will find another groomer that doesn't resemble a facility that is ridiculous in its requirements. I would worry about the smell and the dirty environment before questioning a rabies vaccine! read more

I was visiting from out of town and desperate to have my rough coat Jack Russell terrier Lucille groomed. She needed the works! I am a nervous mom about leaving my girl with anyone. She's older and is never boarded or kenneled so I worry about her anxiety level. Stephanie was SO helpful fitting her into the schedule and when I arrived I couldn't have been more pleased. They have a cute little shop, clean and orderly and filled with happy dogs! Most of the furry guests were happy to mingle outside the cages and the ones that were caged did not seem stressed or anxious because they had a full view of all the goings on. Stephanie gave Lucy a gorgeous close cut without a nick, notch or line in her coat and she did exactly as I asked on her face trim. They called as soon as she was finished and when I picked her up she was calm and happy. Prices were very reasonable for the level of service we received. I would happily recommend Beggin 4 More and am sooo sad that they are too far away for us to use regularly. Only suggestion I would make is better signage...they are kind of hard to spot. read more

I absolutely love this place. Like anyone else, you search high and low to find the right one when it comes to your kids. These laddies are the whole package when it comes to detailed requests. We have been going to Beggin 4 More for well over 9 years now and I must say I trust any one of the employees to take charge on my two girls. The owner is such a great trainer and genuinely cares what the outcome of our dogs will be "EVERY TIME!".
