Love this place. I've been using their services for years. My fur babies love them too. You can tell that they are treated with love.

We showed up and they told us that we needed to have the vaccines printed and we couldn't show them on our phone and they didn't have an email. They told us we needed to go to Staples and print them so we did. They knew we were going to print them and coming back and we were communicating back and forth and they closed and locked up when we were on our way back from printing the vaccines. I would not recommend leaving your pup here! I specifically informed them my Pug does not do well in heat and they told me they have a a/c. When I picked him up today I asked them how did he do and the girl at the front desk just said he did okay that he worried them a bit and had to mist him with water since he was hot. They wouldn't have had to do any of that if they had a a/c like they told me they had. My poor dog came out all traumatized and was over heating!!! Hours after my pug is still not okay! read more

My dog is 7yo and a real wild boy(terrier) so when he gets in the car and falls asleep, I know he's had the time of his life. My cat and GPs are always happy when I see them. These people almost killed a perfectly healthy dog in a matter of hours and cost us thousands in lost vacation to come pick the dog up. they called us 7am 4th of July to let us know they let our dog overheat. mind you they specifically told us they had experience with temperature sensitive dogs and he would be in ac. Kind of hard for a dog to overheat in proper conditions. We were on a reserve list for the stay, they called us to let us know a spot opened. Then blamed the overheating on having too many dogs In the kennel. They admitted to wanting to offload dogs due to over booking essentially. So if you want to waste time, money, have your vacation cut short and your animal almost killed, by all means, this is your spot! read more

Every time I pick him up, he's happy and not traumatize, like his previous boarding facility in Victorville they were awful. I always call them to check on him and they don't mind. I was worried at first because it was my first time to use their pet boarding facility and my dog, although not on any medication, is not in a very good physical condition and is also in her senior years. I dont to ever leave my dogs but when I have to I will always leave them here. My dogs have stayed during hot summer and cold winter and i know theyre safe from the weather. The staff is great. Especially Summer. She gives extra special love and attention when my dogs are in her care. Even sending pictures of them during playtime to ease my mind. read more

Im a serious baby when it comes to my fur babies and leaving them alone in a kennel situation is seriously gut-wrenching for me. I was very happy with the quality of both the kennel itself, with the inside/outside capabilities, but the staff seemed ultra nice and very efficient. When I returned, I was very happy and relieved to see my kids so relaxed and happy. They wash all your linens you bring, blankets and all, on the day you pick up so everything going home is clean and fresh. Very nice touch. My ONLY complaints are: 1) There are no cameras for customers to access of their kid's kennel or play area. I like to have this extra check available to me but I understand it can be expensive to install. (They would make up the cost in no time by charging for that access). 2) I had both my kids in ONE shared kennel but paid the same FULL COST for TWO kennels. Seems a 1/2 off (AT LEAST) for the second doggo in the exact same, shared kennel would be more than reasonable. They charge for 100% more and give you NOTHING for it. That was nearly a deal breaker there. 3) The groomer was full the whole week my doggos were there. Seems to me like they could keep some slots open for boarders to get groomed while there. That was frustrating. Overall however, I was very pleased because my doggos were happy and cared for. (I paid extra for playtime). But that second dog cost is to be scrutinized. I would heartily recommend. read more

I'm very happy with Dog's Day Inn. I have left our two dogs with them twice now, once for a weekend trip out of town, and recently, a weeklong trip to Catalina. I was very happy during our trip to Catalina, as local temperatures were over 100F, and this place is climate controlled (not every dog kennel is). I also liked the nice fenced area for them to run around and play in (you do have to ask for the dogs to be taken out into the play area). While I haven't been able to communicate with our dogs directly, neither seemed traumatized by the experiences, and neither one showed any tension when we brought them into Dog's Day Inn for the second boarding here. I will definitely use them again. read more

The owner Karen has no compassion for what my family and I have went through with them losing Sandi. I've tried getting in contact with Karen but she has decided to ignore me. She lost my dog Sandi and has never once called me to find out if I needed anything. It's absolutely crazy to me that they lost Sandi and have done nothing to make me feel at peace. At this point, I just want to know the truth about what happened to Sandi. read more

We took our dogs to Teri for grooming for several years. She seemed to do a good job and the dogs liked her. However, when we took the dojgs in for grooming in May, she didn't drain their anal glands. As a result, one of our dogs got a bad infection. The vet bill was over $400. I called and left a message for Teri about this. However, I never received a call back. read more

Have taken our the pit bull (1 year old now) numerous times and she loves Dogs Day Inn and they love her. We send a blanket and they are so great that they wash it for us. She ate their food the first couple of times and we took our own food the last time. Had the Australian Shepherd groomed, completely shaved and they did a fantastic job. The dog loves the groomer, Jen, and she loves the dog. I am so happy to have found Dogs Day Inn. I have no complaints at all and I am a picky person especially when it comes to my dogs. read more

Worst Customer Service ever! I have given this business three times to react or reach out in a professional manner and they have failed every time. I am new to the area and moved here approximately one year ago. I began reaching out for services for myself and my pets to get acquainted for our future use and comfort. I contacted this facility to get a grooming appointment and never heard back from them, so I took my dogs to Pets-mart for grooming.I then reached out to this facility to board my dog for a few days while traveling and they never returned the calls, so I took my dog all the way to Ontario's Pets-mart for boarding. I believe in exceptional customer service and that businesses should not take that for granted because customers can and will go elsewhere. read more
