The Best! Lacy + Stephanie hands down are the best, game over the best no debate. We found a dog that was weaving in and out of traffic. My fiance Jonny took her in after my sister Diley recommended them, they are amazing humans, that I already knew but tjey are ALSO talented artist, and have the best staff. The best hearts. The best business in the desert and this side of the Mississippi. We love you guys. Thank you for doing what you do for animals, the community/. Stay away from this animal cruelty place !!!!!!! If you love your fur baby All I wanted was for my fur baby to be nice n groomed as I always treat him especially right now with this heat n his special birthday being around the corner But instead, I took him somewhere to get mistreated n give him stress n anxiety !!! I drop him off at 11:30 am 2 hours after I get a text from this place Telling me that my dog was not letting them groom him n that they have him locked up in a cage waiting for me to come pick him up I have taken my dog to get groomed many times before never a problem my mistake was to trust a new groomer closer to home but turn out to be a stupid animal cruelty place that lied about my name on their Facebook post without my consent n laugh at my poor fur baby !!!!! read more

I have one kitty that no matter what I try, she will not let me clip her nailsso in desperation, I called to find out if they'd be willing to attempt my cantankerous little one. The woman who answered the phone was super helpful. patiently answered all my anxious questions and explained that they would do their best to take care of her. She did mention If it was an extreme case, I may have to take her to the vet, but normally they're able to handle spicy kitties. I didn't even have to make an appointment, she said come in anytime that they're open. I drove right over and the groomer and her daughter came to the front, handled my girl super quickly and professionally, and it was done in about two minutes! So grateful I found them and will definitely be back! Just FYI they do charge to pay with card and since the nail trim is only five dollars It's really in your best interest to bring cash! read more

I have a short haired, 15 pound dog that does not handle heat well at all, and also sheds like crazy. Trimming her for summer is a giant pain and I was hoping to get someone else to do it. Petco just looked at me stupidly and refused to trim her, saying "There's nothing to trim." Not true at all! I know, because I trim her myself. Just say you don't know how to trim short haired dogs and be done with it. Anyway, discovered Paws & Jaws as they are right next to my vet. They agreed to trim her, and my husband just brought her home a few minutes ago. I couldn't be more pleased! She looks amazing! Nice and neatly trimmed with no razor cuts. She is smooth and not shedding at all and smells amazing to boot. I also got her teeth cleaned and they look great as well. Almost as good as after I've paid hundreds of dollars to have her put under so the vet can do a full cleaning. All I could do was snuggle her and tell her how gorgeous she is! I honestly could not be more impressed. And I'm happy that I will be supporting a small local business going forward. read more

We love this place - always friendly and super nice .. my dogs love coming here, plus it's always reasonably priced!!!

This place took great care of my special needs husky! My husky came home looking and feeling great! They got all of her clumps of hair out and smoothed her coat! As a worried pet momma, I felt comfortable with the employees. They were knowledgeable about dogs who have seizures and was quick and efficient to keep my husky calm! I've used many animal groomers through the years. I reached out and was referred to Paws and Jaws. Top of the charts, rave reviews for clean nice smelling shop. The love and attention to all 3 animals and confidence building as soon as we walked in. For the three years we have been blessed with their extraordinary abilities to groom each dog as we have asked. No nicks, gouges or bad experiences EVER. Our dogs walk out happy, proud, healthy and loving how they feel. I'd give Lacy and Stephanie as many stars that can fill a page for treasuring and treating us with kindness, love and respect as I have every received anywhere. Took my dog here for just a simple bath. Dropped her off in them morning and didn't get her back until closing. I called all day to check up and no answer. Finally i get an answer and they said yes she has been done we are just busy. When I went to pick her up she was in the cage and appeared to have just gotten her bath and still wet. She looked absolutely terrified, this is not like my baby. After I pressured it out of them they mentioned that she had slipped off the table and hung her self. I took her home and she didn't move off of the couch for about two days. She was clearly in pain/shock. Took her to the vet and it cost me $650. Come to find out she had suffered some neck injury. STAYYYY AWAY! If you read the comments further down this has happened here before. Cruel animal folks here. You pay for what you get. They are cheap and cheaper for a reason. read more

BEWARE!!!! Sorry to post this, but I am very disappointed with the grooming services I received today. After a long 7 hour grooming appointment, I was told my Yorkie had a green discharge from her eye, to keep an eye on it, if this is not a normal situation for her. As I looked over my pooch, I noticed it was not a green discharge eye issue, what happen here was a nick on the upper left eye lid! This is unacceptable! As a result, my pooch is now having difficulty opening her left eye. My dog was dehydrated and completely weak and sick looking. This is the first and the last! I will definitely not be coming back to this place again! read more

I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT PAWS AND JAWS DID TO MY BABY! Both of her eyes are bleeding on the inside! Some type of hemorrhage. I rushed her to my vet right after picking her up from grooming and Dr. Dan said he'd seen this kind of thing before by groomers. He said its usually cause by blunt trauma (like a blow or fall from a high place) or from choking! OMG I have been crying hysterically since I saw her. I confronted the owner and manager about it and they refused to take any responsibility, refused to pay all the vet bills that they caused, and refused to give me my money back. What I DID get from them was a totally lack of morals and compassion for what they did to my poor baby. Oh and I forgot to mention that they also cut her ear! Now she has to be on 3 more medications on top of her other medications. I am devastated and furious over what they did to her. I share this so no one else's pet ever gets hurt in their care again. Please pray for my baby. Thank you. -- feeling heartbroken. read more

This place is great to take your dogs! Are used to take my weenie dogs here a few years back and always remembered them being affordable and doing a great job! I recently started bringing one of my dogs here again since she was experiencing a skin rash that was unexplainable according to vets. One of the ladies there recommended for us to bring our weenie dog once a week for several weeks until she was better, and we have brought her now for 3 weeks and YES she's getting better! My dog really looked terrible and I honestly thought they were not going to take her but I am glad that they gave her a chance with open arms and I will never forget it! Thank you for truly caring, your affordable prices and walk in hours! If it wasn't for that a lot of people wouldn't be able to keep up with our hairy lil creatures! read more

Beware! They claim my maltipoo was aggressive. I'm not buying it, but aside from that my problem is they left her in a cage for 5 hours instead of calling us to pick her up. She bolted to go potty as soon as she got home, poor thing was holding it the whole time. I should've seen it as a sign when calls went unanswered all week when I tried to make an appointment. read more

I'm never bringing my dog here again. The groomer is so rude to the dogs. I went in today and the first thing I heard was the groomer almost yelling at the dog "stay still! Stop moving!" She then called someone over told hold the dog down and she said "sweetest lady but her dogs are the worst". After the the lady behind the counter asked if the groomer could squeeze my dog in and the groomer said "no I want to get out of here I have somewhere to be" she was completely rude and talked to the dogs so mean. Never going back. read more

Had taken my yorkie there for years with no problems when Sylvester was grooming but after he retired the people that took over are horrible. They hurt my maltese, she came out coughing & gasping for breath and they told me she was reverse sneezing which is bullshit bc she never did it before AND my poor baby couldn't eat for 3 days due to her choking. Do NOT take your dog there if you care about it. read more

Have taken my senior lady here a few times. She's always been treated well, and after they groom her, she is super soft. We don't get her shaved, as it will mess her coat up, but we get her bathed and her nails trimmed. They do a really good job of keeping her calm while we leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer. read more
