Unfortunately I did not take before and after pictures but they did an amazing job!!! I have a senior husky/german shepherd mix that has very bad hip dysplasia and needs special care. I used to go somewhere else but they were not gentle with her and made it significantly worse so I have been hesitant on getting her groomed again. Until I found this place! When I first spoke with the employees here, I knew they loved dogs and they completely understood my situation. They made me feel comfortable and assured me that my dog will be well taken care of. My dog usually can not walk after the groomers but she has not trouble walking out on her own once finished here!!! My dog is double coated and was matted but they still managed to groom her thoroughly even though they had to be very patient with her. They take their time to do things right! They really do care about your pet's well being and will prioritize that over anything else. (I also brought in my shiba who was shedding like crazy but had barely any hair coming off of her once groomed) read more

The owner was very rude. The work was ok, but she make to felt very uncomfortable, and we asume because we are hispanics. She said the cost will be $ 65.00 but at the end she charge us & 90.00. Not very happy. read more

My mother in law just passed away and we acquired her little sweet 13 year old chihuahua who badly needed a spa day. The girls treated her like a family member and took great care of her. She looked like a completely new dog when she came out! Thank you guys for doing such a great job! read more

I loved their customer service. They treated my dogs like their own. Loved the grooming results!

The owners are super nice here! I used to go to Pick of the Litter across town (they're awesome too) but it's too far away from my home and Furworks is much closer. It's in a convenient location and parking is never a problem. Also, they always do a great job and are attentive to my dog's needs. I appreciate their care and services, and I am a happy customer. read more

Took my Yorkies here for the first time since my brother in law recommended it. My oldest can get a little snappy when grooming and doing her nails but they were so patient and sweet and told us to keep coming back so that they could get familiar. My dogs smelled nice, haircut was perfect for them, will be back again! read more

-5 stars. They will tell you what you want to hear, give your dog a half *ss haircut. I left with my dog looking like they had no idea how to groom and Pomeranian and do a simple "Teddy Bear" cut. 4 hours later, (mind you,my dog weighs all of 6lbs) I was charged $75.00. The tip isn't even optional. You HAVE to tip(at least if you are paying with a credit or debit card). Biggest rip off in nine years of having my dog groomed. Paid $75. Got a $70 neck bow and a $5 haircut. Not cool. I would have gladly paid the $$$ if it would've been done properly. I'm going to have to finish the work I paid Furworks to do. I'm absolutely asking for a refund. If they can't do that much..... The truth is so much easier than lies. read more

They were amazing with my pup. He was well groomed and smelled amazing afterwards. It was very inexpensive.

This was my first time taking my dogs to Furworks and it will be the last time. I was impressed with the facility which made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. I asked the groomer for a teddy bear cut on my Pomeranian. When I picked up my dog, I was extremely disappointed with their service. They shaved down my dog without my consent. In addition to giving her a cut I didn't ask for they ruined her coat. As a groomer providing services to dogs, it is known that Pomeranian's coat should not be shaved off because it ruins their coat. Therefore, it is a concern that these groomers are providing services to animals with lack of knowledge on what could damage animals coat. There's absolutely no excuse for this "mess up". Even if groomers are not knowledgeable in this then more of a reason to listen to what the owner is requesting. I don't like leaving bad reviews, however this is completely unacceptable and I would not like for any owner to have to go through this unpleasant experience. read more
