Teeth cleaning
Faith In Him A.

I took my 4 yr old German shepherd in for his 1st ever teeth cleaning. This was our first time going to the groom room. Everyone was very pleasant. The owner even clipped his nails without charging me. The dentist took pictures of before and after. He did great work and they said my baby was so good. Just what every fur momma wants to hear

2 hr drive from Pasadena worth every mile!! Met these lovely peeps at Big Bear event recently & loved the family vibe so we decided to make a dentist appt. for our rescued Boxer - 1st dental visit ever. They took their time with her, let her settle in, and did such a great job on her mouth. Since we made such a long trek we opted to have her groomed which they were so willing to accommodate last minute. When she was finished she looked peaceful and smelled SO GOOD! Even got a good recommendation for continued dental care. I searched for places (since there are many) in my area but they were not very personable, not as slow and compassionate and far more expensive. We made the right choice. It definitely was a drive but we got to eat at local restaurant, snag some great coffee at Solo Cafe (definitely get the Spanish latte ) and our girl was a happy sleepy camper on the ride home. If you're looking for a great groomer & dentist, honestly, you won't go wrong here, even if you have to drive a bit. Your fur baby will be pleased. Thank you so much. We'll be back next year for her follow up visit.

Dog

I absolutely loved taking mine and my mom's pup to the groom room, Katrina and her team are all so welcoming and nice. The atmosphere was very aesthetically pleasing, neat and organized. My husband and I loved how our pup Bailey came out with her little pink tail! All of the girls are super professional and tidy in their work. Best grooming salon in the high desert! Keep up the great work!

Savannah is always so good to our Jojo. He comes home so handsome and happy and gets excited to go to the groomers. He gets so comfortable he even falls asleep. The groomers are all so professional and kind. Always recommending The Groom Room to friends and family.

My baby

Thanks Andy for your dedication and perfect grooming skills. My babies don't trust easily and they have had horrible experiences at other high desert shops. Andy is the only groomer I trust with my pitbull, poodle, and shih tzu mixed babies. He has all the love and patience for my babies even on their grumpy days. They always come out flawless and fluffy. He also is very knowledgeable and informs me on what services are needed before proceeding with the groom. Andy is really honest on the days my babies come in matted so I'm not shocked at pick up. Thank you Andy! There's no one else we would trust my babies are life time groom room clients!!

My girl Ginger has gone to see Katrina for some time now to get groomed. Katrina is great with all the animals and you can tell she really cares about all her clients! Ginger got some painted nails and some adorable bows. Always a pleasure to take my pups to Katrina.

Never going again. The owner used to take perfect care of our dog. This last time she claimed she couldn't cut the hair on his face. Made my wife pay. But she was kind enough to take $10 off So we take him to another groomer and our dog was perfect the entire time. And to top it all off they informed us to the quality of the cut over his body. It was very choppy and she didn't even trim his nails. Very unsatisfied with how poorly the was done. And to top it all off she got my google review taken down. So who knows what their true rating should be. To reply to the owner. He has never acted the way you said. We went directly from you to another groomer. They said he was perfect. So to be blunt I do not believe you. And I will not recommend you to anyone. The fact you made us pay for the way you left him is absolutely ridiculous. And it want just his head. You did not trim his nails and did not trim his tail.

Doberman

Super satisfied with the way they groomed my doberman, he smells so good, his coat is beautiful shiny and i did the deshedding package which I 100% recommend. I did the shed check by rubbing my hand on him 3 times and not once did he shed a single hair, I will be making this my go-to groomer. Especially since they took my boy in after hours and when I picked him up he seemed so happy not nervous or timid. 10/10 Very satisfied and I like how sweet the staff was with him.

Charlie had the best time Katrina is wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

Playground: There is a pretty big playground for kids here, complete with slides, swings, ramps, playhouse -- the whole shebang. The ground is covered with wood chips, not sand, so that's nice. Pool: There's a pool area, with a big pool and a pool for little ones. Directly outside the pool is a cluster of picnic benches. Baseball field: The neat thing about this baseball field is that it's near a block of trees and grass, so you could watch the game while staying out of the hot sun. Snack bar: pretty self-explanatory. It's not open all the time -- only for baseball games and other special events. Tennis courts: The courts are lighted so you can beat the heat and play at night! Apparently, there's also a dog park and skate plaza here somewhere, but I haven't come across either one. That doesn't mean they don't exist, it just means I need to look harder next time I visit!

There's a lot of benches and tables for the parents to watch their kids nearby. One thing I will say, the park is super popular and it was very packed. All the kids we encountered were so sweet and kind towards each other. It was really nice seeing everyone get along and playing together. There's an office, a baseball field and bathrooms. There's also an indoor pool but it was currently closed. Very nice park.

There's at least two lakes that I've seen and numerous hiking trails several of which I've enjoyed. Some people like to fish, I'm not sure which type of fish are in the waters. There's also horse trails and bike trails. Most of the trails are accessible whether you have a motorized scooter, cane, or wheelchair, you can enjoy the nature trails. There's a variety of different wildlife and birds. A great place to bird watch. There's cows nearby. I love cows! There's clean restrooms, but they never have soap. There's overnight camping available and space to keep horses, not sure if it's for overnight horse lodging. I'm grateful for the Regional Park card they offer to veterans. That's a huge benefit and I appreciate it. I recently discovered the Celeste De Blasis Memorial Garden which was so beautiful it made me emotional. It's nice to see things like that in this area.
