This review is for the mobile grooming part of their grooming which we love!! But also because for now that's the part we use!! Groomer Bri and Bather Sel are amazing!! We have a young (in his teenage era) golden-doodle who can be a bit much to handle at times but he loves when these two come!!! He jumps all over them (we are working on this lol ‍) and loves getting pets by them and never shy away from getting in the bus! They keep him sooo clean cut and super cute!! ( I maybe biased cause I'm his momma) we schedule every 6 weeks and Bri communicates great when she's on her way and her ETA so we give him his potty time before. We were so excited to find such caring and great groomers who are mobile it's so convenient especially because I work from home. I won't be able to trust anyone else with my babe now cause he loves them and we love how he looks after his spa day!!! read more

This was my second time taking my dog to this groomers. I first took him back in December the girl that cut he's hair was not the friendliest but overall she gave my dog a good haircut. Not having much luck finding a good groomer in the high desert I decided to give them another try. This time I spoke to the owner Lissette who I asked if she can do the teddy bear cut she said yes. I brushed my dogs hair before taking him hoping to help her out. When I arrived I showed her the photo I had wanted and she than touched he's fur and said that she could do it. Three hours into the haircut she txt me that "she is going to have to cut him down" I immediately call her to find out she already had shaved off hes hair. I don't understand why she could not had told me before she shaved him. She could had mentioned it at the initial consultation or once brushing him she could have called me and told me. I tried to be understanding that he was matted and asked if she could at least try to keep more length on he's face and legs she said she would. Thirty minutes later she messaged me saying she is going to cut it all off because he had knots. Mind you I had brushed he's face and legs and he did not have major knots for him to have to be shaved off. This groomer did not care to try to save he's style and just did what was easier. I told her I could just cut the face myself and she ignored me and did what she wanted. When I picked him up she continued to argue with me and say that she has said she would cut it all off if it's too matted. Which is not true if I would have known she would shave him off if it was too matted I would have never had brought him to her. My dog arrived super thirsty drinking all he's water in he's water bowl she most likely did not give him any water in the five hours she had him. He also has knicks from the haircut. She did not ear plucked his ears and when I asked her about it she said that's not included with the haircut. When in her website she includes "filed ears" under basic groom. If you don't want your dog to get shaved off without letting you know beforehand do not take your dog here. read more

Was excited to try this mobile groomer. My 13 year old saved her money to get her dog groomed. Made an online reservation and paid the deposit for the grooming. Our appointment was at 11 am. They texted and said they were running late. I texted at 1pm to let them know that I had to leave, and they replied, that they would text me an eta when they were on the way. Finally got back home around 3:30, and barely getting the text that they were on the way. Arrived at almost 4! My daughter took her dog out, they asked for an extension cord, and they asked her what kind of cut she wanted for the dog. My daughter assumed it was part of what she made the appointment for. When they finished they charged my daughter another 68 or 69 dollars. She obviously didn't have that, so I questioned it, and she said that the cut wasn't part of the package! I paid her the rest, and to top it off she is a Pomeranian and ended up looking horrible! I understand if you're running a little late, because working with dogs is difficult, but 5 hours? read more
