On top of that, I've seen one of their workers being rude online--calling people's dogs "mutts" and pretending to know laws about breeding. As a business owner myself, I'd never want my employees representing me that way, especially when their profiles clearly show where they work. It reflects poorly on the business and the owner, and honestly, it's a quick way to lose customers. No one wants to bring their pet to a place where the staff comes across as angry and unprofessional online.
