Veronica has been caring for my Yorkie babies for years when I'm in town and they have always come home fresh, happy, and beautifully groomed. One of the pups who used to come with us is no longer here, but now it's the younger generation visiting her Most recently, one of my older babies who she's known since he was little was in pain and we thought he may have had a foxtail. With her sharp eye and patience, she found a spike lodged between his nail and paw pad and helped relieve his pain right away. She is incredibly loving, attentive, and kind with pets, and the receptionist is wonderful as well. Highly recommend. read more

Let me just say these ladies were so amazing! You can tell they care about your babies just as much as you do. They were so beyond sweet, my babies really liked them. Both my of babies have anxiety but after picking them up, no panting, no rushing to leave, they both left pretty calm. I will definitely bring my babies back again! One thing to note, entrance is in the back where there is a beautiful mural of a doggy on the wall. I was a little late since the front entrance was boarded up. But don't be discouraged, go around back and go inside, you won't regret it read more

When I first rescued my small Poodle, I don't think he had ever been groomed in his life. I took him to Pets In Style Grooming and they took care of him. He can be difficult because he doesn't like getting groomed (lots of fear), but the staff are very patient with him. They know not to use the buzz cutters around his face and use scissors only. He always leaves looking sooo cute. He even got his tail dyed Dodger Blue Highly Recommend read more

I have been coming here a long time and have always been happy with the grooming. I took a day off today so I could get my big dogs groomed. When I get there to drop them off they tell me prices have gone up. They didn't go up by a little bit. They went up $80!! The bigger issue is why wasn't I informed at the time I called and made the appointment. I understand costs go up, but that is ridiculous. I took a day off work and lost a days pay for nothing. The correct thing to have done was honor the price I had been paying since they failed to inform me of the change while scheduling the appointment, and moving forward this is the new price. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new groomer. read more

I absolutely love visiting Pets In style since I first moved into Palmdale 5 years back! Been meaning to leave a review for a while now but just got up to it now :) I always have such a nice time when I drop off my two senior dogs whether for quick nail trimmings or baths/fur cuts! My last visit was very welcoming too, the staff was sooo helpful when it came to describing the type of style I wanted for my dogs and they absolutely delivered on results! My dogs can be incredibly anxious and reactive around the face area, I was so glad that regardless of the matter the staff were able to help Also, additionally their coats stayed shiny and smelled amazing for weeks after! Can't wait to visit with them again now that Summer is coming up! :D read more

This was my second time visiting Pets in Style. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. When I picked up my boy from his spa day, he was so relaxed and happy. He smells really good and the scent lasts. Plus, they give cute little bandanas. Both times I visited, I was a walk-in customer. The only drawback is the haircut. At other groomers, I ask for a puppy cut and they understand what I'm looking for. If I wasn't so particular, then this place would be perfect. I'd definitely return for a last minute bath and brush. read more

I've been taking my German shepherd Sergeant here since I moved last year to Palmdale. Sergeant is sassy so I always ask how he did and the groomers always say he's a good boy. Nice people and they were able to get me in on short notice on a Sunday. Parking is located in the back, the front door can not be opened. Took my goldendoodle here for her first puppy bath, no cut wanted. Was disappointed to see her nose hair was shaved, this is not something I wanted. Since this was her first time at the groomer, I wanted her to get used to being there. Also, this cut is not for goldendoodles. It's been over a month and it's still not grown back. I found another place that is used to grooming these dogs and they said this is not a cut they would've done. If you take your puppy here, just make sure they are clear on the services being done. Not the place for my puppy, but depending on your animal it might be a great place for you! read more

If there is 0 out of 5 stars, that's what they deserve... Very unprofessional! First I made an appt a week before, my husband gets to the place and cannot even find my dog on their schedule log. Secondly, it has been about 3 hours and no call from them yet so my husband decided to go just in case they were calling a different number. He was told that they had accepted too many appts and that they have not gotten to my dog yet. Just a few minutes later, my husband gets a call from them and told him to pick up our dog because they could not work with him since he was biting. Why would you just call after almost 3 hours to tell us that??? I have never locked up my dog in a cage and he was terrified and different when my husband picked him up. After my husband told me this, I called them to let them know how disappointed and mad I was for putting my dog thru this misery (locked up in a cage no food, no water for 3 hours) I have always taken my dog to groomers and he does the same but never have I experienced this from any of them. They knew how to handle dogs who could potentially bite but this place is NOT that! I went to this place because it had almost 5 stars on their rating but everything was a lie! I'm not a complainer, my dog is a very sweet Maltese.. but this is NOT acceptable at all and I would like to take this up to DOG ABUSE! I just read the response of the owner and she knows her response was bullshit... my husband could speak and understand English well. He is also a very educated person. First of all, your facility never asked for my last name but my first name only, not even get any information about my phone number nor my dog's name. And your facility said that he will be done in an hour and never said that it will be done in 2-4 hours. Why would I even make an appt in the first place if my dog would just wait for that long? So why would you even try to lie and twist the situation just to make yourself look good. Accept the mistake and apologize! That's a more professional approach. My dog DID NOT DESERVE THE TREATMENT HE GOT FROM YOUR FACILITY. I will take this up to better business bureau and department of health for abuse. read more

****Included before and after pics**** OMG! Can't say enough about my experience here. To be quite honest, I was nervous to take my dog to get his hair cut because it was his first time. Just took my new puppy Milo and he loved it, he didn't care to leave! Lol Nicole was SO good with my dog and gentle with him. His hair came out way beyond what I expected. It looks smooth his ears were cleaned, nails clipped, anal glands and all for such a good price! He looks so adorable and I know he's happy now that he's cut so he can enjoy the rest of this summer without long hair. Thank you guys it was an amazing experience!!! read more

They are beyond fantastic. The whole team is wonderful. I am grateful for their patience with me. My three girls are very spoiled and unfortunately they get nervous and pee on the floor a little when they get scared but this team handles them with care and grace. It is so comforting to know my girls are in good hands when I leave. I usually find myself worrying when I take my girls to the groomers because some people are just rough or mean but this team is very polished and they don't force my babies to do anything. I've have bad experiences in the past with other groomers which is why my girls get nervous but with Pets In Style, they are very calm and they are getting use to them. Not to mention that the prices are phenomenal! My girls are small, so I pay $20 for a bath every three weeks and then a hair cut and wash $40. I go back and fourth with a wash one time then a cut the next. I am so pleased with their services! Thank you so much for making my girls look so pretty and sparkly clean! read more

New owner HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I am hoping to get ahold of Veronica. 1.I went in on 4/18 for a dog grooming which cost about $60 the issue is not the cost but the service. My pet is a curly haired white dog upon dropping her off I specifically requested to have her shave down due to the fact that's what I WANTED 2. Upon picking her up and ALREADY PAYING my dog looks fine BUT IT IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR 3. I tell the receptionist this looks great but I want her shorter can you take care of that for me & basically says IT was what I wanted..and tells me I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A FULL SERVICE ADDITIONAL $60 WHAT?!? misunderstandings happen and given that I gave her a PASS but all I was asking was shorter hair and you want me to pay $120 for SOMETHING THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE THE 1st time?! Now Important factor is receptionist was barely setting up with 3 appointment arrivals at 9 am (Veronica look at footage) I looked at said receptionist and told her I want her shave due to fact the weeds get in her fur. Pretty much said F.U ... I SEE you CHARGE extra for cotton tails, extra CHARGE for DEBIT CARD CHARGE EXTRA for not picking up your animal within the hour I mean VERONICA TIMES ARE HARD but stealing from loyal customers from 2016? YEAH your receptionist mentioned you were out of town for MONTHS & forwarded the best you can do is $30 really? Ok $90 for something that would have done correctly the first time, Now the integrity of said business is being questioned. If you don't seek to do right I hope you find yourself being faced with this service in every way in business and personal life. AND why is your receptionist so combative and lacks taking accountability. Anyone made it this far go to PAMPERED POOCH OR DOGGY STYLES read more

Omgosh I took my 3 babies here for a full groom and I was exctatic! First of all the staff is amazingly sweet! I absolutely love the vibe I felt when I got there. Everyone was busy and happy. Smiles everywhere! I love the way they take notes. They ask for your babies name then all details on how you want the cut. Things you don't want etc etc. I have to say one thing tho, I am very very picky with my fur babies grooms. I have a Yorkie, Maltese and Morkie, they are all very difficult to get the face to look perfect. WELL they did it! They left my 3 fur babies perfect! It Took less than 2 hours and the prices are great! I couldn't believe it! They also put bandannas on the males and cute little bows on the girls. I am soooo happy I found them! Would give a "zero stars" but not possible. We were going to take our dogs here, but after arriving for an appointment was told our dog (singular) would be $190. For a deshedding wash and sanitary clip. No knots. No matting. Easy. Ok, so the dog is XXlarge (St Bernard), but cost literally double what other shops charge. If you didn't want to do the service then just say, don't try to charge an exorbitant amount. Went to Award Winning Paws in Lancaster instead. So accommodating and literally $90 for the exact same services that were I'm sure executed better. Highly recommend AWP!!! read more
