HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WANT MY REFUND!!!! I took my mothers Dog at 10pm and he didn't come out till 5pm idk if they even feed them there, I called around 4:40pm to check on him cause they said they would call me back when it was time to pick him up and it was wayyy too many hours gone by, so when i called them up they proceeded to tell me that they had to give him a 2nd bath cause he was pooping blood but they wouldn't have never told me that unless i called to check in mind this they close at 5pm. Anyways so i was satisfied with the haircut but afterwards i took him home he just kept bleeding from his testicle area and it rubbed up to his anus and what it seems pooping blood , and he kept scooting his butt after his haircut and i had to wait for a veterinarian appointment till today and i thought it could've been an intestinal issue but when i got there they said it could be from a razor burn or small cut from the Groomers!!! i went in today and asked for a refund and brought a receipt of the medicine i had to get and the price of the initial check up then for the service which was $115 and for the Grooming service i payed $90 plus tip $100 thinking they had done a decent job. But now that i know its NOT an intestinal problem and it was caused by the Groomers and he wasn't bleeding or pooping blood before i took him in to this establishment. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY REFUND they want to talk to the veterinarian that did the service for my dog. Horrible experience my family took in our white maltipoo for a haircut, took the dog in uninjured. And dog came back with injuries in his testicular area. Sister called in asked for the dog and they told her he was defacating blood but that was not the case they injured our dog in his testicle area and never called once within the 7 hours they had him under their care and service. Absolutely unprofessional here. Paid $169 for a vet to get medication for the infection and mistreatment they caused. Never once got a refund. The owner Apollo is definitely unprofessional with his with his customer service and doesn't take accountability for their mistakes. I think they did a pretty good job grooming my Snooki. I paid extra to have them die her tail, paws, and ears, but overall was worth the price because she looks great! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they were friendly, didn't keep her too long, they gave me a next day appointment, but the place needs some serious cleaning. As I walked in there was a bad smell, the floor was filthy, and the dog hair is everywhere! On the floor, on the furniture, and even on top of the walls since they don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can see a thick layer of dog hair sitting up there. I hope when I go back the place is clean or that might mean I don't want to keep taking my dog here. read more

Im sorry, but to be completely honest? The worst $55 spent in my entire life. My poor Morkie looks horrid! On top of it, my appt was set for 12:15, got there at 12, they said it'd take 3 hrs, I had to call to check up on him & call to see if he was ready- he wasn't ready until 5:30. His hair is SO uneven, on top of it, he was FULL of hair when i brought him home. The worst grooming experience, EVER. I had to rush home to bathe him because my whole car was full of hair. Today I went and was so livid to see how they cut my dog's stomach leaving it with two marks and said "It's not our fault", instead of simply apologizing. I was deeply disturbed by what happened a few weeks ago at this groomer. I took my Pyrenees in for a bath and to remove her undercoat. They said it would take four hours. I kept calling no one answered the phone. I went back five hours later and she was in the tub, wet, soapy, and shaking. Her eyes were really red and she was clearly in distress. She was not even Ready yet. I asked him how much longer was it going to be and asked him why is he trying to remove the undercoat while she's wet and Soapy . He started screaming at me and said how dare you tell me how to groom my dogs take your dog out of here right now pay me $75. I begged him just to tell me how much longer it would take to to finish that I was willing to wait. He kept screaming that I was to take my dog out, soapy, wet and ungroomed. I started crying my dog was shaking and traumatized. The neighboring Business came over and got him to calm down. And I was able to pick up my dog after 6 1/2 hours right before they closed. They did not do any of the grooming. They just dried her. And charged me $90. They abused me and they abused my dog. Avoid this Groomer like the plague. My dog and I are still traumatized by the experience. read more

I wanted to like this place, the reviews seemed promising. The actual grooming of the dogs is ok. Not amazing. My dogs never actually were groomed as we had agreed or spoken about. But whatever... My issue has been with the lack of consistency with the customer service. I went of total of 4 times to this place. And every time something came up. The staff has no communication with each other, all the groomers work independently, so they do not stick to the hours of operations consistently or the pricing. Also, the first time I went there, I stuck around waiting for something else in the business next door and one of my dogs, who tends to get anxious was barking and I could hear someone yell at him. Like a grown man was yelling very loud and hard at my dog and it was super unprofessional. I went it to ask what the problem was and Of course they all apologized and said they were animal lovers blah blah blah...but honestly that kind of thing should not happen at all. No matter what kind of dogs are in the facility. I was outside near my car, mind you. And it just never felt right after that. It was always one thing or another. And you can't ask questions because they seem to want to to make the customer feel guilty or as if their fault. When it's their lack of time management or disorganized scheduling and lack of patience that makes the issues. The last couple of times I was there, I was charged differently 3 times for the exact same services my dogs had been getting. The second to last time I was there I asked for a receipt and they told me didn't have any. Aren't you suppose to be able to provide one by law? And the wait time! Oh, forget about it. My dogs were there 7hrs the last time I took them. I understand that they want to push and work on multiple dogs at a time. But they leave the dogs on their own for hours before working on them. Then why not just make appointments for later times!? And the last time I was there, I saw the groomer who was suppose to be working on my dogs, consistently take new dogs and do services for them and bringing them out. All Meanwhile my dogs waited around. When I asked about this, they tried giving me a bunch of excuses. Again. The wait is not the issue it's the guilt tripping and BS excuses. That was another issue. One even asked me if I had any idea of what it takes to groom dogs. It felt like he was trying to scold me - and he was just not even worth my time or arguing. But I have been getting my dogs groomed for 6 years. Once, every 8 weeks. I know and understand the process. I get that it takes time. But there are so many problems with this place. The customer service is horrible. The only reason we left their previous groomer was because she got really big in the AV and a bunch of her new staff started burning and cutting the dogs. But this was after 5 years of going to her. So I know I'm not a problematic customer. This place just needs a lot of work. read more
