I have a small frenchie bulldog that's about 17lbs, and for her to get a regular bath, with a nail trim and a teeth brush all came up to about $75. Just for a basic wash, wasn't no de shedding shampoo nor a hair cut. So I'm assuming if she needed a cut on top of that it would have been about $100 plus. But in all the costumer service and staff are all nice, just the prices of their services is way overpriced. read more

Jackie groomed my senior dog and she shaved off so many little growths. She was trying to bite her so instead of stopping or calling me she continued hurting her and traumatizing her more . If that's not bad enough I told her no perfume because I have asthma and can't be around it . She sprayed the worstnoerfume all over her. I have given her 4 baths using baking soda, 4 different shampoos and what makes me the maddest is she denied using any perfume. She claims "she never makes a mistake ".. What idiot says that !!! She had groomed my other dog a few days before and did a great job so I'm not the type to complain for no reason. I'll never go there again !!!!! read more

My dog is timid. And big. But the staff was unbelievably kind. All we needed was a nail trim. And did they deliver. They let me go in the back with him to comfort him. And not only that the groomer talked to my dog and let him smell the equipment. He rounded my dog's nails and it was just overall a great experience for me and my dog. We went in there with a muzzle and shaking and left without our muzzle and our tail wagging. The groomer I forget his name but has really big earrings not only made me feel comfortable but my dog as well he even encouraged me to hug my dog while he was doing the nails. The best in the business is all I can say. Both groomers are the nicest people and treat you and your pets like FAMILY. We take out three pups here and have always had perfect results. One of my pups has bad anxiety and has issues with water and blow dryers hitting her face. The groomers called me immediately about the situation and instead of telling me sorry we can't groom her, they offered solutions. They have me come and sit with her and be right there as they groom and bathe her. I just want to say how thankful my family is for finding this company. They treat all pets as if they were their own and have nothing to hide. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet or even a critter. My mom asked me to make an appointment for her dog, Hercules, which used to be my dog but now he is my moms baby. She used to go to petco but last time she took him she was not satisfied with the service and they charged her more than $100. She asked me to look around for a dog grooming place around her area. When i saw this one on google i checked it out and told her. I gave her the address and she decided to go for it. When she got Hercules back she immediately called me and told me to leave a 5 star and a good review. She loved the service and was satisfied with the person that groomed Hercules. She said that she will definitely be going back to not only bring Hercules, but her other 2 fur babies. They are huskies. She was amazed with the service so i would definitely recommend this place. We had a few good experiences here until the last visit in which the owner responded with "oh well" after keeping our dog for OVER 8 hours!!! I dropped off my 5lb dog at 10:30... she wasn't ready until 5:45. After calling at 3:30 only to find out they hadn't even taken her yet. I called upset because no animal should be left in a cage for that long, this is not something my dogs are accustomed to. Instead of calling and letting us know, or maybe some common courtesy would've been to let us know that she would not be seen until 4... we would have gladly brought her back. Their excuse was "we had some problem dogs". There were 2 dogs when she was dropped off. I'm assuming it's some kind of grooming mill and not taking dogs in the order they get there. I'm not taking any of my dogs to a place that over books that much. And hearing her say "oh well" was what lead me to share my experience on all platforms. I guess the $300 a month we spend on grooming will be better spent with a reputable company. read more

I recently rescued a stray with really long hair. (I am guessing she was never groomed before.) She Mabe part terrier, but she is 100% sweet and shy. I brought her here after Bre advertised on NextDoor, and I am so glad I did. The staff are not only helpful and kind, but you can see they genuinely love their jobs. They let little Lulu walk behind the counter with them as opposed to being crated (which isn't a big deal to me). She was nervous to go inside, but they worked to ease her fear and she looks amazing. I took my 13 year old mixed German Shepherd, Kira, to get groomed. I liked that I could make my appointment online. And they had an availability the next day. The shop is clean and open. They shampooed and conditioned Kira, blow dried her, cleaned her ears, trimmed paw pads, Cut nails, trimmed her tail and neck and made her even more beautiful. AND... they had an adorable neck band on her. Yep, she was perfect. They did an excellent job!!! This will be our Groomer's for now on. This was our first experience here and we weren't exactly sure what to expect but we were hoping for the best. I wanted to find a dog groomer that was reputable for their service, accommodation, and one that was located in an accessible area that wasn't too far from our home. My cursory search on Yelp led me to AWP. I went to their website and noted their comparably priced services to others in the area. They had an online booking option and to my delight they had several openings readily available for the day. I was pleased because I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. It just so happened that it worked out in my favor because I wanted to get my dog seen asap. When we arrived we were met with a cheerful and friendly staff. We were reassured that my dog would be done within 2-4 hours with the likelihood of being finished sooner rather than later. They also provided Halloween sweets for my kids and doggie treats for my dog. When I booked online they sent me a text to confirm my appointment and reminded me to provide his vaccination record. Later they sent a text to express their thanks and gave a 10% discount if we pre booked his next appointment. I thought this was a great bonus. As predicted, my German Shepherd was done in about an hour and a half. They thoughtfully called me in advance to let me know he would be done in 15 minutes, which gave me the time to drive over and pick him up. Upon arriving there, I was relieved to see my dog in a happy disposition. He clearly enjoyed his experience and loved the staff there especially his groomer, Bre. He smelled lovely, looked dapper with his new red bandana, and had a wonderfully soft coat due to the de-shed service we requested. Overall, we had a positive and greatly satisfactory experience. In the words of my daughter, "we have found our groomer." Thank you for the excellent service and quality care AWP! Looking forward to to our next appointment. read more

My baby needed a hair cut and the other groomer I was not happy with after our last visit . Usually they would keep her an hour maybe 2,the last time we took her they had her from 12-6pm . So she was in a crate all day . I contacted Award winning paws per the reviews I had read on Yelp . They responded within 10 minutes and were super friendly and understanding of me not wanting her left in a crate all day . They got me in right away! I called in the evening and got an 8:30 appointment the next day. My baby was shaking and scared when we got there . She has never been like this at drop off but the last visit she had at the other place I Believe scared her . By the time I picked her up she was calm and happy! Yay! took my 2 year old cat who is used to baths and not shaves. i knew coming in that he might not let them shave him like i wanted them to but took a chance anyways. he's a long haired cat. dropped off at 10 and picked him up at 1:40 ish pm i normally don't mind the wait because i've brought dogs here. but for the amount i paid and the time i've waited $100 is not worth a bath and brush with a slight shave on his butt. very disappointed with my visit this time. truly thought i had found a groomer for my cat but it was a lost. I was told that the $100 would include a bath and brush paw shave sanitary shave and clipped nails and only got two of those things. i understand he might've been scared and not allowed it but they still charged me the $100.i recommend this place for dogs but NOT for cats. save your money and go else where. read more
