One of my dogs can be a little testy, but Lauren treated all of them very gently. As I was leaving, I learned that I didn't have my car keys( long story) and didn't have anyone to rescue me for about an hour. Vivian is AMAZING! She is such a great groomer and has done a wonderful job with my toy poodle. She is so thoughtful and caring every time she grooms him. She goes above and beyond and makes each grooming appointment a pleasure. Tracker always looks and smells great after he comes home from here. I have asked Vivian to work magic by giving Tracker a teddy bear cut and she does her magic every time. It is hard to make him look like a teddy bear because he has such a short little snout, but she does it every time! She brushes his teeth, cuts his nails, does his glands, and is very detail oriented. She loves her clients as her own and it shows. I would NEVER take my little fur baby anywhere else. Even when I made his appointment I was impressed how friendly the woman who helped me was. He looked like a giant mop before we took him and his groomer did such a good job-- he looks like a different dog! Really disappointing.. I have taken my older dog there for years. I recently got a new puppy he's a 2 1/2 pound Yorkie.. only four months Old. When I got there to pick him up they charged me a lot of money because he was hard to handle. The Groomer told me that I needed to discipline him more because he won't sit still and it took two people to hold him down...I was charged almost 100 dollars for a simple grooming.. what bothers me most is they didn't call to discuss the extra charges and give me a choice to pick him up.. the new people who work there have bad attitudes..They didn't smile or try to be friendly in anyway.. I never had a problem with Nicole over the years but the new staff needs some training on customer service. read more
