When I walked in around 8:25am on a Friday, I was happy to see no one was there except someone that worked there and another lady in the back. I was not greeted with a smile or any customer service rather, a deer in headlights look and "do you have an appointment" no I said. I told her I looked at their website thoroughly and nothing said I needed an appointment unless I was paying for her to be groomed, which I wasn't. She still insisted I could not use the empty wash bins, no other customers, unless I made an appointment. I couldn't believe it. I had already driven 30 minutes to get here with my 100 lb Great Pyrenees and I did not want to leave so I begged. Please, I said, it will only take a few minutes. She let me but then mixed up the soap in a separate container that was incredibly watered down. I asked if I could use the shampoo that was literally right in front of me and she quickly replied, no. There's a risk of allergens ok cool. She was a nice enough person and I'm going to let her slide because maybe she's new or has never worked in customer service. Next time I'm going to Tehachapi.
