One of the pups who used to come with us is no longer here, but now it's the younger generation visiting her Most recently, one of my older babies who she's known since he was little was in pain and we thought he may have had a foxtail. With her sharp eye and patience, she found a spike lodged between his nail and paw pad and helped relieve his pain right away. She is incredibly loving, attentive, and kind with pets, and the receptionist is wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

Both my of babies have anxiety but after picking them up, no panting, no rushing to leave, they both left pretty calm. I will definitely bring my babies back again! Hands down the girls at this place from the owner to the groomers, 100000000000% amazing. I called and the owner immediately just listened to me and accommodated everything I needed. As soon as I got there the girls knew exactly about the situation. They all had amazing communication and booked me with the same groomer from last time. Which also she did an amazing job on too!!! Ugh I just can't stress how great this place and these girls are. Oh also the best part, I asked if they can save some of cocos hair so that I can as it as stuffing for a teddy bear or something and they not only saved it but also gave me a cute hand made Polaroid! I started tearing up. Thank you thank you thank you! You guys are seriously amazing!

When I walked in around 8:25am on a Friday, I was happy to see no one was there except someone that worked there and another lady in the back. I was not greeted with a smile or any customer service rather, a deer in headlights look and "do you have an appointment" no I said. I told her I looked at their website thoroughly and nothing said I needed an appointment unless I was paying for her to be groomed, which I wasn't. She still insisted I could not use the empty wash bins, no other customers, unless I made an appointment. I couldn't believe it. I had already driven 30 minutes to get here with my 100 lb Great Pyrenees and I did not want to leave so I begged. Please, I said, it will only take a few minutes. She let me but then mixed up the soap in a separate container that was incredibly watered down. I asked if I could use the shampoo that was literally right in front of me and she quickly replied, no. There's a risk of allergens ok cool. She was a nice enough person and I'm going to let her slide because maybe she's new or has never worked in customer service. Next time I'm going to Tehachapi.

He was so excited to see me that I didn't stop to even look him over before paying and leaving. They did an ok job. He is large and longhaired, and I could tell whoever did him must have gotten tired because it was a little bit of a hack job on the chest. Coat was very soft and smelled like perfume for a few days after. I would recommend this place if they had admitted that they cut my dog, but it feels very suspicious that they said nothing. I don't think it's very likely that they didn't notice, it was 3 inches.
