I don't even know where to start because WOW !!!! this was hands down one of the BEST grooming experiences I've ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly and genuinely greeted by the owners, who are absolutely AMAZING people. You can immediately tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners, and that kind of energy is rare. I brought in my 4 year old Frenchie who was shedding like CRAZY, and I honestly didn't think anything could fully fix it but they proved me wrong. When I picked him up, I was completely blown away. The shedding? GONE. His coat looks flawless, feels incredibly soft, and he smells SO good. Like... I can't stop hugging him now They went above and beyond in every way possible. The attention to detail, the care, the professionalism everything was top tier. It didn't feel like just a grooming appointment, it felt like my dog was being taken care of by people who genuinely love what they do. If you're even THINKING about booking here, DO IT. Had a subscription to wash my dog myself for a couple months. Was hard to find them open as they show up when they please. This last time he said he had a family emergency but continued to argue with me non stop even after I told him to be with his family. I seriously don't believe his story as his store is open only sporadically even though Google says it's open. Ill save my $20 and wash my dog at home now. I would give this place "ZERO" stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE your dog here. This place scalped my yorkie to the bone! And had her head looking chopped up. Its so sad how you trust a business to groom your dog and then end up with the worst results ever. Im so sad that my dog looks like this now. This place is very unprofessional and did not even communicate properly. My dog was not matted at all so there was no reason for her to have this cut. When I told the groomers this was not the hair cut I asked for they didnt care either. My dog is not difficult to cut, not aggressive and was not matted. This is so uncalled for. I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came to use the self-wash station because my usual grooming shop didn't open until noon, and I needed to bathe my dogs in the morning. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor, and the shop didn't appear very clean. When I started using the self-wash station, there was dog hair left behind from previous customers--not only in the tub, which is somewhat understandable, but also on the scrubbing gloves that customers are expected to use. That made me question how well the stations are being sanitized between uses. I asked an employee if the stations were cleaned after each use, and her response was, "We try." That wasn't very reassuring, especially considering the visible dog hair that was still there. I was also surprised by the products that were provided. I expected a grooming business to use professional grooming products, but one of the bottles still had a Ross price sticker on it. There's nothing wrong with where a product is purchased, but it didn't give the impression of a professional grooming facility. To make matters worse, instead of providing a clean microfiber drying towel, I was given an absorber-style drying towel that was covered in dog hair from previous customers. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned before being handed to me. Overall, I expected a much cleaner and more sanitary environment, especially for a business centered around pet grooming. Between the odor, lack of cleanliness, reused items covered in dog hair, and the overall lack of professionalism, I won't be returning. I hope they improve their cleaning practices and overall presentation because pet owners deserve a clean, sanitary place to bathe their dogs. read more

Horrible service. Dropped off my dog for 4:00 appointment. Came back at about 5:30 and they looked surprised and say "oh we've been trying but he kept trying to bite us." First of all, no. My dog has never bit anyone. Second of all, at 6:00 someone else came in to get their dog and they said that their appointment was at 2:30. So obviously, they overbook and then they try to come up with some BS excuse as to why it's taking so long. Also, I'm a parent, I understand having kids and having that struggle. But you should not have your 4 children running around your groomer with animals running around, sharp objects, and other hazards. That's a risk to your kids health. And the haircut looks like shit. 10 out of 10: worst groomer I've ever dealt with. Edit: the owner proceeded to attack me through social media after I commented an HONEST review on their Instagram. They also blocked me so that my comments don't show up on their paid ad videos. Such a classy place! read more

First time going to this place. I called and they got my puppy in the same day. Rose welcomed us and showed us the different kind of haircuts my puppy could get according to his breed and let us know she doesnt force the dogs to get cut if they dont let her. Which I was ok with because I wouldn't want my dog to be mistreated or traumatized. Thank fully my baby was a good boy and did great. I would definitely be coming back here for our grooming needs. She also mentioned they offer memberships for grooming so that is something new I hadn't heard of and great if anyone is interested in that. read more

My experience is that they are very unprofessional. I had an appointment which was rescheduled to a later time by them. it was a rush job the dog came back wet and I still had to brush him in my backyard My other dog that I brought in as well was half cut told me I had to bring him back. I brought him back today they were not open they told me 10 to 15 minutes 45 minutes later they called me. They took my money and did an uncomplete job on my dog I will not be going back. I made an appointment today to take my 2 dogs for self washing and to get the monthly membership. When I arrived the facility smelled, my shoes were sticking to the floor, the wash area was full of dog hair and the top where the shampoo and 1 comb (no brushes) was extremely dusty. I commented on the floor and wash area and the employee stated she had not cleaned yet. It was 11:00 am. I was disappointed and left without washing my dogs. I would rather go to Tractor supply or U Wash Doggie in Santa Clarita. I was excited to have a place close but will not be going back unfortunately. Hello, so I tried to give this place a chance. I'm all for supporting our small businesses but when you join the community and bring this horrible service I cannot hold back. #1. Customer service was good, the owners were nice BUT dishonest on their expertise. #2. I took my dog in for a haircut and bath and these are the results. They speak for themselves. #3. The owners did not ask me what shape, length or style I wanted to do my dog's hair. It was literally a trust the process. YET, I did let them know I did not want a short hairstyle (they did let me know he was lightly matted and charged me a $25 matting fee). #4. They left extra long hair all over his body and blamed it on my dog and the fact that "I don't take him to the groomers." #5. When I got there she was still cutting his hair (after being called) and she comes out with him with hair all over his body and rubs the perfume on him in front of me. #6. Lastly, i'm mostly upset about the charge of this service being $100 and the job being poorly completed. I would have appreciated the transparency in the "we're not perfect and getting the hang of this." Overall, please be REAL with yourself and the presence of your work it's really upsetting, disrespectful, and fraudulent when I rely on your work ethic for my pup to feel and look good. read more

My EBD needed a serious bath but bcuz my back and ankle have injuries I thought it would be better to take him for a bath at their self wash service. I was pleasantly surprised at the deal I got for a full service bath! Benji my bulldog had ears cleaned, nails dremelled, anal secretion, , shampoo, de-shedding, blow dry and doggie perfume. Needless to say he strutted out with his newfound confidence looking for all the cute female doggies lol. Thank you Ahmo (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) but THANK YOU for your help with my big boy! Looking forward to bringing him in again. The kennels were nice. The shop was full of the cutest doggie apparel. Customer service was exceptional. Prices were very decent. I highly recommend making an appointment. Went to check out the place. Had an appointment the staff wasn't aware of, which was dissatisfying. I was sold on the membership and had to wait. Why do I have to wait for a wash station when I had an appointment. Not professional. The place smelled the staff have kids running around and chatting it up while there's dog doo doo in the dog kettle areas?? The business doesn't ask for any rabies shots or papers. Will not be returning. Went to use the self wash station and every time I went at different times at the day the self wash stations were always dirty, water all over the floor, sticky, dog hair all over the place and just dusty. She would claim that she hasn't washed them yet and I don't think she ever does. It was absolutely disgusting to wash my dog. Then to top it off every time I had gone with my dog (thankfully he is still a puppy and is very social) but the lady who worked there had kids running around the shop coming up to my dog trying to pet him without asking and pulling his tale while she was no where in site. This place is awesome since day one when they opened in October Rose and Avo have been nothing but nice and friendly. They understanding why ive signed up for the selfwash and its cool that they provide everything from shampoo, conditioner, cologne and blow dryers. For a very low fee, my dogs are very nervous and scared due to another groomer hurting them. So for this place to offer selfwash is amazing. Its family oriented and a great place to to get all my dogs needs. I love how Rose even trims my dogs nails since its all included with the selfwash. I signed up for the membership for my three dogs, I take them every week for a low monthly price. Its like a carwash for dogs..lol thank you Rose and Avo you got yourself a customer for life. Definitely a need for improvement.They told me they're open at 10am but out for lunch from 11-1:30/2ish. The times are unreliable, call BEFORE you go if not there's a high chance they're closed even though different hours are told! I submitted a change on google to reflect these times as it was put that they were open from 10am-8pm every day. Also they tell you the time they get there NOT when they are open and ready for business. By doing this they are unprepared for customers. I have arrived when they told me they would be open and they arrived a bit late, flustered and unprepared. When I went for the pet wash station, the room was cluttered, had trash, dirty, and dog pee on the floor. I think the people that run the business are very kind and eager to help, but their business is unreliable. I have only used the pet wash station, but I have been there a few times and customers have had to wait a long time for their dog to be groomed or use the pet wash station since they tell everyone the same time that they arrive and are not ready for business. And are only staffed by one or two people at a time. I'm not sure about the dog boarding but since they're not open many hours in the day or at random times, I personally would trust to have my dog stay there bc I wouldn't be able to know when the owners are there to take care of my animal. read more
