It's awesome fir the dogs to interact. They get taken care of well. I had great concerns about leaving my little girl. Kim was amazing she helped me so much. My mind my at ease. I enjoyed my vacation with peace of mind. With the extreme heat outside I would definitely recommend this place. . Very clean professional staff and friendly.

I set up an evaluation for my dog for daycare and they told me to have all the vaccine records ready for when I arrive. I think the $18 they charge for that is a cash grab, but that's ok. I called ahead of time before I pulled up and asked what the procedure was for me to bring in my dog as he has some leash aggression and I wanted to avoid a full waiting room. The lady that was there didn't answer the question and instead said rather curtly I needed to provide all the records. I explained I was told to email them when I arrived so they could print them then and have them. She said fine and just told me to ring the doorbell. When I arrived, there was a dog in one of the front windows right beside the door that was going nuts, causing my dog to get very agitated. The lady did not address this dog that's freaking out and instead opened the door to let me in. There was yet another dog in a kennel in the lobby who started barking and again started riling up my dog. Again this lady did not seem to care about all this chaos and instead handed me a clipboard and told me in a snarky manner that the email address is written down and I need to fill out all the forms front and back. Since there was no place to go inside to fill these out where my dog would not be reactive, and I couldn't go back outside to the car because the other dog is going nuts in the window, I just said it wouldn't work out and left. My issue is if they care this little about 1) my dog's anxiety during this process and 2) the other dogs that are clearly stressed and freaking out, why would I trust them with my little guy? The bad attitude of the lady that was there was just the cherry on top. First impressions are important, and this place was very disappointing, and potentially dangerous for dogs that need some extra attention.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly and genuinely greeted by the owners, who are absolutely AMAZING people. You can immediately tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners, and that kind of energy is rare. I brought in my 4 year old Frenchie who was shedding like CRAZY, and I honestly didn't think anything could fully fix it but they proved me wrong. When I picked him up, I was completely blown away. The shedding? GONE. His coat looks flawless, feels incredibly soft, and he smells SO good. Like... I can't stop hugging him now They went above and beyond in every way possible. The attention to detail, the care, the professionalism everything was top tier. It didn't feel like just a grooming appointment, it felt like my dog was being taken care of by people who genuinely love what they do. If you're even THINKING about booking here, DO IT. I promise you will not be disappointed. This place deserves all the hype and more. 100/10 experience we are absolutely coming back!!! they also have a membership !! Thank you so much Royal Paws !!!

First of all, no. My dog has never bit anyone. Second of all, at 6:00 someone else came in to get their dog and they said that their appointment was at 2:30. So obviously, they overbook and then they try to come up with some BS excuse as to why it's taking so long. Also, I'm a parent, I understand having kids and having that struggle. But you should not have your 4 children running around your groomer with animals running around, sharp objects, and other hazards. That's a risk to your kids health. And the haircut looks like shit. 10 out of 10: worst groomer I've ever dealt with. Edit: the owner proceeded to attack me through social media after I commented an HONEST review on their Instagram. They also blocked me so that my comments don't show up on their paid ad videos. Such a classy place!

Out of the blue in December, she became paraplegic and we had to have same day surgery to give her a chance to walk again. It's a $9600 surgery. Luckily she walked again after full on rehabilitation. But she injured herself again 5 months later. This is our first dog and I had no idea this breed has 1 chance out of 4 to get diagnosed with IVDD around the age of 4. I reached out to the breeder to get an idea if that was running in her family line and to let other families know that my dog had the issue so they can be proactive about it, most likely people who purchased a puppy from that litter has a much higher risk as it's genetic. Other people are going to run into the same issue, cost and major stress. They replied saying her parents were happy and healthy. No support whatsoever. This is a huge deal in my opinion and they aren't taking this seriously. I don't think I'm an isolated case. Anyone with a mini should take pet insurance at the very least we should have more information on IVDD from the breeder so we can be informed on the signs. If you don't get surgery within 24 hours, your dog will most likely be paralyzed. After surgery, she had to be 100% crated with strict instructions to manage pain with meds 3 times/day with food that we had to spoon feed. We were carrying her and holding her body trying to make her go potty. We had to have someone at the house 24/7 to ensure she's taken care of. Super long journey to get her back and she just injured herself again. Not as bad as she's walking still but it might be another episode of IVDD located elsewhere. I can't stress enough that the initial investment to get a puppy is just that.
