    All i can say is, expect to pay more. Don't go by the quote given to you over the phone. I paid 25 dollars more. The cut was cute, I did like it, but not ok with the cleaning of her face, it wasn't satisfactory to me. And I highly doubt soap and water was used, being that she was still smelly and dirty. Smh

    Jimena, did an amazing job!!! if I spelt name wrong so sorry! This was my first time going to this grooming shop and I was very impressed! Greeted up on arrival, asked me how I would like my fur babies hair done and took their time to speak with me prior to taking her in. I picked her up and I LOVED how she turned out. She did a fabulous job and will definitely be bringing my girl back again when she's ready for her next groom! We are a new and returning customer! Thank you

    Excellent professional service and friendly. ( LEE ) did an exceptional job grooming our German Shepherd. The fees are very fair;) My wife and I highly recommend them and We'll will definitely be returning in the near future.

    Four months ago we had taken our dog in to get groomed, and I clearly specified how we wanted the dog to be groomed, and we stipulated that we wanted to cut the ears shorter, but just a trim. When we got our dog back, the ears were cut too short...they were cut all the way down...not a trim. We called the owner and told him what had happened, and he apologized and said, "we'll give you your next grooming at no charge", in other words, a comp. Four months later, we took our dog back in. We let the girl know why we were getting comped, and explained to her what happened the last time, and made it clear to her that they had cut her ears too short. Again, I made it very clear that I wanted the ears left alone this time and also showed her a picture I had sent her when I made the appointment. Then, as we were leaving, the woman said we needed to fill out a form. As I filled out the form, one of the questions asked, "How you do you want your dog groomed. As I was filling out the form there was all this commotion going on in the shop, and the lady kept talking to me while I was trying to fill the thing out, I finally finished and signed and left. Here's when we realized there was a problem; I get a call from the girl who did the grooming and she tells me that my dog is ready to be picked up, and strangely enough, she tells me, "I know you didn't want you dog's ears left alone, but on the form you wrote that you wanted the ears cut short". At that point, I was livid! With all the commotion and people talking to me, I must have accidentally wrote, cut ears short, rather than leave ears alone. Not being able to focus on what I was filling out; I must have subconsciously wrote down the wrong thing. I take responsibility for that, but what I don't understand is, if they were clear that I didn't want the ears cut and the form contradicted what I verbally told them, then why on earth didn't they call me to confirm?? For god's sake, the whole point of the comp was about the ears being cut too short...we call that a discrepancy...and the call to action is obvious! ...Call the customer to confirm! When I arrived at the shop and asked them why they didn't call me to clarify, I was told rudely that they had to go by what I wrote on the form. So, I called the owner again. This time he seemed to give me a little push back. I asked him if he had active cameras in his shop and he said yes. He said he would watch and listen to my visit there and get back to me in about an hour...he never called back. I called him back and it went to voice mail, I texted him and it's been about 4 weeks and I never heard back from him, which is why I decided to leave this review of my experience. I put my issue with this groomer in chatgpt and this is what it said: Given the history, the prior mistake, and the fact that you verbally stressed and even showed a picture to clarify "ears left alone," here's how a professional groomer should have handled it: 1. Acknowledge the Context They knew this was a comp because the exact same mistake had happened before. That history should have triggered extra care and double-checking--especially with the ears. 2. Flag Conflicting Instructions When the form said, "short ear" but the verbal conversation and photo said, "don't touch the ears," the groomer should have stopped, called you, or clarified on the spot before proceeding. 3. Apologize Without Deflecting Even though the form had the accidental "short ear" note, the responsibility for catching the mismatch was theirs, given the clear verbal instructions and the prior complaint. 4. Make It Right Again Offer another free grooming, a refund, or some other goodwill gesture. The trust was already dented from the first incident--repairing it matters more than being "technically correct" about following the paper. 5. Put It in the Dog's Permanent Notes Update their system so it literally says in big, bold text: "Never cut ears short--confirm verbally before trimming" to prevent this from happening again. In short: the groomer should have prioritized the verbal instructions and history over the rushed form entry, recognized the red flag, and clarified before cutting. That's what good client service looks like. End of chatgpt response......................................................................... I've read many of the one star reviews for this groomer and I noticed that he always give his spin on the complaint, spinning it in a way that makes the customer look like the problem. I'm curious how he's going to try that with my review...should be interesting.

    The groomer didn't do a good job on Turbo... I'm not sure what cut/look she understood, but this was not it. Luckily it will grow back, but we will not return. I should have left when she complained that mine was another large dog and she had done 2 already. Her customer service was enough for me to leave but I gave it a chance. I should have left. His leg fur is long and should have been how the whole body was to be cut. The body fur is waaaay less than half of what I told her and pretty shaved him. His Mohawk should have told her that the body cut was too short. The ears are not tapered and shaped (made it squared??). Again unsure what she understood as an experienced groomer, but didn't expect this. His cut is uneven and unfortunate I won't be returning. I really wanted this to work for a new place I just tried ($70+tip), but PetSmart did better and priced better. Update: yes, photos were shown and explained, perhaps your staff isn't trained on such "intricate" styles.
