Took Koda and Kenai to the Knotty Groomer to get groomed by Felicia. Since this is her craft, we let her style them how she sees fit. Our only request is to clear Kenai's face so he can see. His hair grows over his eyes. Felicia is friendly. Her energy is positive. She calms the dogs with her approach and smooth tone. She gives the dogs her attention. I like that she takes her time and has the patience to care for each of our dogs separately. I would recommend the Knotty Groomer and Felicia for your pets grooming needs because we want someone we can trust and who will show our dogs the attention, care and love they need while getting groomed. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE: Charged $135 beforehand, and once confronted about the bad work the groomer/owner's response was: this was the "absolute best" she could do, and then ignored the rest of my texts.. Nothing short of terrible and lazy work. what started as an issue with the appointment turned into an issue with the customer service I received. whoever is running their instagram is passive aggressive. i'm under the impression they did something they weren't supposed to, and i would have been happy to be met with "i'm so sorry that's been your experience, let's get to the bottom of it together" or something like that but instead i mostly got "we didn't do it ". now we'll never know because she didn't make it feel like a space where we could discuss the details together. Took my pet in on Saturday for a grooming appointment. The same night we noticed he was acting very different and upon inspection we noticed that he was nicked on his private area. It's been almost a week and we are treating the issue but I'm very upset that they didn't mention this when I picked him up. It took longer than usual, almost 5 hours, and I suspect they knew this happened during the appointment. I usually go to Megan and I've had no issues with she grooms my dogs but someone else groomed my male dog, even though I made an appointment with Megan. I used to recommend this place so much to friends and family but not anymore. They unfortunately don't communicate well when these types of incidents happen. I payed $140 w/ additional $20 tipping and I really wish I knew this happened before I spent over $160 on this type of service. read more

Took my 8 month old pitbull, Boomer, on 8/31 for their All Inclusive Spaw with Meagan. Absolutely in love with their services. First time ever having him groomed and was very pleased. Was a little worried though when she told me I would come back for him in about 2 hours, mainly because he's never been away without our family. Definitely going to opt for the express service next time so his visit is a little faster and he's not sitting in a kennel waiting as long. But even without express I would highly recommend. He came out of his service so happy, excited, and smelling amazing with soft fur. Was so obsessed with how they put a little bandana on him and took his picture. Will 100% be returning every 2 months or so for services. read more

WARNING ‼ I brought my purebred shitzu to this place and paid 90$ for a groom because of him being matted. When we got him back we did notice how he got cut in the balls a day later and seen that he was irritated. When looking we notice that it looked like a cut and he was irritating it. Upset by this, since I felt I was paying for high quality service seeing how great the reviews were and then paying a lot. We called and were ask for a refund since it was part of their carelessness. The owner, Megan, being the one to discuss this told us this is just what happens when a dog is matted and just kept saying well why wait three days to call. Obviously I can't tell right away what was happening and I tried to go in yesterday and they were closed. Although I understand that matted being shaved can cause irritation, we groomed him before and never had this issue. She refused to refund us, and proceed to tell us to take him to a vet and prevent him from licking(obviously knowing this information). And I ask if it was seen to be a mistake on there part, if we took them to vet and they said it was them if she would refund us. She proceed to say no and said that the vet would say it was them and that we won't get a refund. She continued to argue and get aggressive on the situation. So I decided it was better to just get our dog to the vet and never come back, but I wanted to warn everyone else. read more
