Not only did she take me in last minute but she made sure to inform me with pictures of each step she took to guarantee proper service. I was extremely nervous to leave my furry friend alone in the hands of someone else but I couldn't be more happier with her impeccable animal handling skills. The reviews for other pet groomers tell you all you need to know, don't make the mistake of putting your fur babies in the hands of anyone else! She is seriously THE BEST!

I called Paw Spa this afternoon if I could take my pup today for grooming, and they were able to…read moresqueeze me in right away. Brought my pup, which was in a desperate need of a major grooming, and the man at the shop advised it would take 2-3hrs and charged me $45, which I thought was quite reasonable. This shop only takes cash as payment, no credit cards. My pup is a small to medium size dog. Went to kill time while my dog got his grooming, and 1.5hrs later I get a call that my dog was getting wrapped up and ready for pick up, which was quicker than my estimated time I was given. Paw Spa did such a great job, that I was so amazed, my pup looked like a completely different dog. I couldn't stop smiling bc she looked so cute, what a transformation!

Never take your dogs to this place. I took my three Pomeranians there and paid a lot for what was…read moresupposed to be a scissor cut. To begin with, the haircut was poorly done, and they didn't even trim one of my dogs' nails. One of my dogs was acting very strangely when we got home. He didn't want anyone to touch him, and when I checked his body, I found clipper cuts all over him. I'm not exaggerating--his entire body had cuts from how roughly he was groomed and brushed. I will never take my dogs back there. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand because now I see I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Please be careful if you're considering taking your pets here. If you're looking for someone who truly cares for your dogs, I highly recommend The Knotty Groomer. 100%!

Went on in and found a whole pet grooming set up with bath, kennels, harnesses, and a huge gated yard with other small breeds playing together. To my surprise, No poop anywhere. Super clean. Like how is this better than a commercial groomer. I guess it's cleaner than commercial because this so happens to be a persons home. As you can see in my attached photo, she's done great and my dog Stanley was like a whole new dog. Nice and puffy, clean cut around the eyes and butt. I'm coming back to this place. He isn't just the mayor, he is the founding father. He lives a pretty spoiled life, and getting his nails cut is the most traumatic thing he could ever imagine. He is the ultimate drama king. A Pick Of The Litter does such an awesome job with him, and even though he still gets a little spooked, this is the only place we've been able to take him where he feels comfortable, and a good job is done. They are calm, understanding, and do a great job with him (even if he can be a little bit of a bad boy lol). I highly recommend coming here for any grooming needs, big or small.
