Crystal her groomer is the BEST , the whole staff is amazing, when crystal wasnt available the other groomer would always take us in no problem, they all knew bella as well and loved her. I was nervous to bring our big Anatolian Shepherd, but they handled her really well and my dog was just fine. DANGER! (First off, a dog almost fell out of crate not closed properly-small dog- top crate- I noticed it pop the door open and made it very clear to stop and help it before something bad happend) Now why i say DANGER!!! Apparently they don't like to disclose their policy is to leave dogs in the crates with leashes attached- unsupervised, this is crazy dangerous- strangulation or choking hazard if chewed on..which is what happened with my 6month old dog! They prefer to endanger your pet and lose customers over $15 replacement of a leash due to their negligence. Rude and they shut me down before I said anything- that they aren't there to do free business- which was exactly what they were there to do- free groom voucher- so not a massive dollar issue- just floored at lack of common sense with the don't leave any dog unsupervised with a strangulation or choking hazard in with the animal. DON'T GO HERE! When dropping off they said "oh she is so calm, she is so good, she just let me lead her on the leash so easy" and when picking up they were like "all shelter animals are put on a leash in th crate- she was showing signs of being vicious"...i asked do they leave leashes on all new clients dogs- or just shelter dogs" they got an attitude and said "all shelter dogs have a leash on- it's standard form, all groomers to leave a leash on the dogs while in the crate" and again...that is lie after lie...and bad customer service for sure. read more

Amazing groomers work here with care and compassion for the dogs and cats! They are wonderful people and love all the dogs as their own.

The people were very nice and friendly. The place looked very dirty and very run down. Think: "someone's garage that likes to hoard" . My dog was a pup when I took her. I had a voucher for free grooming from where I adopted my pup. She's a short hair breed. And we had an appointment. They told me at most two hours. Four hours later they call that she's ready. I get her back she smells like nothing exceptional, her ears are clean and her fur feels no different. Plus her paws were soaked in pee! Assuming she peed in the crate they held her in. But at least clean her up before giving pet back to owner. Never ever coming here again. Was free but they did no service. Just a waste of gas and time. read more

Very pleased with The Funky poodle!! I was trying to get a same day appointment near my area for my dog Jack but no one could get him in. This place was much further for me but figured I would call and see if they could take him. Sure enough they told me bring him on in and we'll get him groomed. I took my dog here several months ago and have not had time to do a review but I did not forget because the experience we had was terrible!!! I will NEVER take my dog here again nor recommend anyone does. When we first got there, we got a bad vibe and should of left but wanted to give it a chance because my normal dog salon has no opening. When I picked my dog up they said all they did was give her a bath and did not do her nails, or anything I asked and said she was aggressive. She has never had this problem before and asked what salon she went to before and when I told them she has no problems there she said that her usual salon traumatized her which is not true. At least accept responsibility for your unqualified unprofessionalism but no needed to place blame. And I was sooo mad I just wanted to get out of there so when they made a fuss about me paying $70 for a wash I just paid it and left. I should of used my black belt in Karen on them but I was beyond upset. Also they had men washing the dogs and looked like they were being rough while we were there. And I told my salon about what was said about them by this salon and they were aware that they say bad things about them, it appears this salon is run by unprofessional people and will never have my business and I will always let people know where not to go. read more

Very disappointed since Melissa left the women here have been messing up my grandmas dog. I've came back twice since they said they took notes and they would make it right but they haven't. The first time they barely trimmed her if at all and missed her nails and the whole spa treatment. The second time they were heavy handed and nicked her leg she's all uneven and a little bald in spots even between the eyes!!! I'm so sad I went back to spend the $35 and then tip is crazy. I always tip but I wish I hadn't. I called in and told them about it ended up speaking to Lucy and she just said she would give me Melissa's number. She didn't offer to bring in my grandmas dog and even her or fix her up,nothing. I didn't get her pictures of her face yet she went to hide behind the bed to sleep. I'll update late read more

If i could give more then 5 stars I would! This is the first time I took my dog to the groomers and I was a bit nervous since he is a 100lbs pitbull. He's looks intimidating but is a big softy. Whnei made my appointment I mentioned that and they gave me an early appoitnemnt so he would be a little more comfortable. When we arrived he was scared and didn't want to even walk in. We made it in and the girls at the front took him in and where super sweet. We have used this place for years but will no longer due to poor grooming and no customer service. When we picked up our little 7 pound toy poodle we thought she looked good and later started realizing that her cut was very uneven, she still had some mats and her toenails were very unevenly trimmed. My wife called and left two messages on their machine on the third call she was told that the owner Crystal was not in and they could not retrieve their messages from the machine and on the fourth call she was again told that the owner was not in and left a message. No one ever returned her calls which obviously tells us that when something is wrong they would rather hide and avoid discussing the problem with the customer. The young lady that my wife did speak with could only make excuses as to they were shorthanded and overwhelmed. read more
