We only wished we lived closer so we could visit all of the resident poodles more often. These dogs are not only beautiful, but are the sweetest, most people-friendly dogs I've ever seen. While I know these traits are characteristic of standard poodles, you can tell especially that Janet takes the time to love each and every puppy she raises. From best practices in keeping the dogs, socializing them, exposing them to the groomer, to feeding top-notch grain-free food, on time vaccinations, etc. Janet KNOWS what she is doing. She and her assistant came to my house and I chose for them to groom my cat in my bathroom , and afterwards, they did SUCH a good job cleaning up that I could not even tell they were ever there, which is saying A LOT because my cat had tons of long hair and its pretty impressive that no hair at all was left behind! The entire experience from start to end was VERY professional, Kelly ( and her assistant) were so nice, and i thank them so much for taking on this challenge of my non-compliant, (and some times a bit aggressive) cat and for doing such a perfect, beautiful hair cut on her. I used to go somewhere else but they were not gentle with her and made it significantly worse so I have been hesitant on getting her groomed again. Until I found this place! When I first spoke with the employees here, I knew they loved dogs and they completely understood my situation. They made me feel comfortable and assured me that my dog will be well taken care of. My dog usually can not walk after the groomers but she has not trouble walking out on her own once finished here!!! My dog is double coated and was matted but they still managed to groom her thoroughly even though they had to be very patient with her. They take their time to do things right! They really do care about your pet's well being and will prioritize that over anything else. (I also brought in my shiba who was shedding like crazy but had barely any hair coming off of her once groomed)
