Thanks to Yelp I found this place when looking for boarding for my pups…read more They didn't have any reviews but I had pretty much gone through all the animal hospitals and pet boarding places in the area just to find out I would be paying more for their nights stay then I'd be paying for mine in Vegas. Not happening, also did not want them to be sitting in a crate for two days. Called the Royal Ruffhouse, they would be in- and outside, no crates, the only place in the area with sunday pick ups and all this for $20 a night and $15 any additional dog. Also they don't descriminate what breed the dog is. I have a chihuahua and a pit bull, the latter not many others were willing to have there which is straight BS. The guy is very nice and had a few rescues, you can tell he really cares. We were worried about leaving them thre since Lola (our pitbull) has never been away from home, but they handled it like champs and made friends, this place rocks!

I was so impressed! I've taken my older dog to many boarding places through out her years. None compare to this. I have a puppy I needed boarded and this was his first time away from us. I was very worried how he would do. I chose this place based off of the warm and friendly communication initially, as well as the group atmosphere versus kennel boarding. When I arrived, my dog immediately took to playing with the other dogs and running around their large backyard facility! What made this place even better- they sent me text updates with photos and videos of my pup having a grand ole time! He even got a little training on the fly! I thought that was so awesome. I'll never take my pup anywhere else! And I'm sure he can't wait to go back!

WOW! Anyone can bathe and groom a dog, but not anyone can sooth and calm a dog like Jessica. For…read morethe first time ever our dear Portia didn't coward and have an accident before her bathing session, and Parker didn't hide nor shake like a leaf with separation anxiety. In fact, instead of hiding he went out to the run where Portia was being bathed and was part of the session. We normally had taken our fur kids to a local grooming salon under an "express" service in which they are not kenneled but rather the groomer is waiting and starts working on them right away, and 15 minutes before finishing they would call us so we would be there at the right time for pickup. Still with us dropping them off in person they would stress, and so would we. Now with the current COVID situation we would have had to do "curb side drop off and curb side pick up", which I was not comfortable with just handing my kids. Thank God we found Jessica, she sets up shop in your own home, leaves no mess behind and follows all safety precautions. When she was ready to leave, our fur kids went back to her and wagged their tails, that tells me Jessica's aura and soul are more than "pet friendly", they are truly "pet loving". I highly recommend Jessica for your pets' bathing and grooming needs. Thank you Jessica for such a wonderful job!

I've been debating whether to even continue using this service as I am very disappointed at how our last appointment went and lack of understanding there was with our dog. The first time we had Deanna come out and she was so caring and understanding of what his needs were but it wasn't the case with Jessica. She was indeed very kind as a person but I'm not sure what the miscommunication was with our dog's needs or why the appointment didn't go well with her. It was a completely different experience from the first appointment.
