My little boy before thyroid problems and Alopecia (hair loss) and after he got sick.

I purchased 3 Pomeranians from Jackie. I was told she had absolutely gorgeous Pomeranians. I had recently lost one and was in need of another one to help me through the grief process. The first one I put a deposit on and she called me and told me that my puppy had died. She offered me a different color one but I was adamant I wanted a specific color so she said she had a puppy. When I picked my puppy up, my mother noticed that she had adult teeth, her paws were large, and she didn't act like a puppy. I got her home and her menstrual cycle came on immediately. I realized she was an older dog and that she had for breeding. I had put down a deposit for another dog because I wanted 2 girls. I picked her up and she had a cough. Jackie gave me a penicillin capsule and told me to open it and sprinkle some of it on her tongue. I was a little cautious so I took her to Banfield and they told me she had a touch of kennel cough. They gave me liquid amoxicillin to give to her but the cough never stopped. I honestly thought it was allergies. Jackie called me out of the blue one day and asked me did I want a little boy Pomeranian and she would give me a large discount on him if I said yes. She said she really liked the way I took care of my babies and she would want me to have him plus she was about to go on vacation. I decided that I would take him. He was extremely small, couldn't bark, and he barely was able to walk. I think he was just born. When I went to pick him up, I asked to see the parents of him and she said she don't do that because a person had put a down payment on a puppy and when another lady came over she wanted that particular puppy and told her she would give her $500 more for the dog and to tell the person (that put the deposit down) that the dog died. She actually was telling me about the first dog I purchased from her. Fast forward, my second dog didn't stop coughing . My mother told me to take her back to the vet and insist that something is wrong because she was keeping everyone up in the middle of the night because she couldn't breathe. I took her. Her heart was enlarged and was pushing against her trachea. She had congestive heart failure. My little boy hair started falling out. I had a host of test done and it resulted with his thyroid not working and they said it was hereditary. Unfortunately, all three dogs has passed away from their health problems but their vet said that I was sold beautiful SICK dogs. I paid too much for them to have so many problems and vet bills. PLEASE research first and think twice before purchasing puppies from Jackie.

Bitsy Poms truly loves their dogs. You can see the bond they all share, they're one big family. We got the cutest white Pom and she is absolutely amazing.Such a sweet vibrant healthy girl. Amazing coat, the most adorable face, best temperment ever,so joyful and playful. We love her to pieces. This is the 3rd pom We have bought from Jacklin they have all been healthy with no skin Disease, her house is beautiful and very clean, her Poms have brought so much happiness and laughter in our home. Jacklin has been very helpful and responsive to my questions.I highly recommend her beautiful Pomeranians

Jacklin's poms speak for themselves. They are some of the cutest dogs I have ever seen. Jacklin is such a caring and easy person to work with. She genuinely wants what's best for her puppies and the buyer. Jacklin took so much time out of her week trying to find the best puppy for me. She was even willing to look through other breeders with me. She isn't in this for the money, she has an innate desire to help others and care for dogs. If you or anyone wants a Pomeranian, there is no better breeder than Jacklin. Thank you so much for your help! From Ben

We got two adorable puppies from Jacklin 2.5 years ago. I don't normally write reviews on Yelp, but after reading so many negative and untrue reviews here, I feel an obligation to set the record straight because I could not be happier with my puppies. I visited her house twice, once to visit the puppies and make a deposit and the second time to pick them up. Her house is beautiful and clean and she has an entire section of it dedicated to her Pomeranians, who are the loves of her life. For people who say that she lies about the puppies health issues, she let us know when we got our pups that she had one with a heart defect and was selling him at an extreme discount because of it. She didn't lie or hide any information about any of the puppies. This is what she does, and the dogs she has rank top placement in dog shows. We are constantly stopped when walking are pups so people can say hi to them, and they are the friendliest, happiest dogs in the world and have never had a single health problem. The people who stop us, thank us for making their day. I have referred so many people to Jacklin and they are all so happy with their puppies. And we are now looking to get a new Pomeranian and Jacklin was our first call. She is an amazing woman and has such love and pride in her beautiful babies. Anyone who sits behind their screen badmouthing her when all she wants to do is connect beautiful dogs with loving owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Our family purchased our sweet boy, Milo Fitzgerald from Bitsy Poms two years ago. He is the sweetest dog with SO much love to give, just as Jacklin promised. Our family is currently in the process of getting two more gorgeous pommies. Jacklin is a wonderful breeder, full of passion and love for her dogs.

I purchased a Pom from Jacklin 2.5 years ago. When he came home I had him groomed. I groom my other Poms once a month. His fur was severely matted. His skin was so dry it looked like snow on the grooming table. Fast forward I got his coat in good shape. He then had a hernia and I had that repaired. The vet noticed baby teeth that never came out. So those were extracted. Early Feb of this year he had a lesion on his back. That needed to be removed. One week ago I was feeding my Poms dinner. He literally dropped dead in my kitchen. I'm horrified, depressed and had never been to this Yelp page. I now see others affected by Jacklin and her poor breeding. Charlie could never hold his head straight. It was always raised. I've never seen that before. Jacklin said it's a trait of show dogs. I've seen show dogs. They don't do this. I never saw the parents or any dog for that matter. I drove 8 hours one way to get him, only for her to leave when I arrived. I only dealt with her husband. This breeder is beyond negligent. She should be held accountable for bad breeding. Boycott Bitsy Poms.

    Panda running the agility course
    Deb L.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a parti pom for some time. I'm pretty picky so I wanted to make sure her facial markings were asymmetrical so that I could call her Panda. After calling a bunch of breeders, I found Bitsypoms. Jacklin was super sweet and told us about a recent litter. She wasn't available that week, but said her daughter could show us the one we were interested in. Once I saw Panda, I fell in love! We waited a few weeks and picked her up and had everything in order (shots and dog food for transition). We ended up keeping the dog food that they had because she seemed to like it and it was great for small breed dogs. This was our first time purchasing our own puppy and Jacklin was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even emailed us photos of Panda's mom and dad. Panda looks exactly like them :) Panda is now 3 years old (going on 4 in August). She has a beautiful coat and an amazing tail that everyone always compliments us on. She is a very active and smart dog that even runs agility courses. We love Bitsypoms and highly recommend working with Jacklin. We are looking for another companion for Panda and will definitely go back!

Friendly with my cats and loves being groomed. Bitsy Poms IS the place to go for the best dog. Don't risk it going somewhere else!! Thank you Jacqueline for my angel!!

Do not buy a puppy from her. Medical issues with multiple poms she breeds. Never see the parents either.

She bathed his lustrous fur coat, and he was a happy puppy who was so well behaved during the entire drive home through the Sierra Nevada Mountains back to Reno/Tahoe area. Lisa had all his paperwork and gave me a bag of food but now he eats all natural fresh baked wild game meats and organic fruits and veggies. Today M2 gets to experience snow for the 1st time in his 20-week life. He is SO LOVING and loves to cuddle with dad (me) but loves to ferociously play fight while growling at dad. He had his final shots today so, in 10 days he'll get to experience hiking off leash in our mountain area where we seldom see a human or dogs... just coyotes, bear, deer, rabbits and beavers... and YES I carry a tactical weapons belt and survival gear and, I will protect M2 with my life. I love this boy beyond the heart's imagination.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…read more Update: After posting review below, I received an extremely hostile iMessage from the owner. She called me "disgusting," accused me of thinking she was "forging health records" because I asked for verifiable OFA numbers, and added an implied threat: "You're lucky my husband was not there." All Messages saved. --- Original Review: I contacted Oak Glen Kennels (Yucaipa, CA) about a German Shepherd puppy. My plan was simple: visit first, review the paperwork in person, think it over that night, and if everything checked out, come back the next morning and buy the puppy. I wasn't shopping for entertainment -- I was ready to purchase. Before driving 2.5 hours, I asked for basic proof (OFA hip/elbow results and the written health guarantee). She refused to share documentation by text and told me that in "29 years" she's rarely had anyone "demanding documents" and would only show them in person. At the visit, she pressured me to commit immediately and said, "Who drives 2 1/2 hours just to look at a puppy?" When I insisted on normal due diligence, she got hostile and later texted, "You're calling me a lier like I'm faking paperwork. Good luck!!" If this were a one-time transaction, I might have still taken the puppy. But if anything went wrong, I'd potentially have to deal with this breeder again -- and based on how she handled basic questions, I walked away. Beautiful puppy. Completely unprofessional, high-pressure behavior. If you want transparency and a normal buying process, avoid.

We scheduled an appointment to see some available puppies she had online that weekend. At the appointment, she brought out three different schnoodles we were interested in. The one we ended up choosing was Snowflake. She was a 13 week schnoodle. At first when Ashlee brought Snowflake out, she was very shy and timid. But that's to be expected from meeting new people for the very first time. Slowly Snowflake opened up and she was so sweet. We ended up buying her that weekend, but we were not prepared at home for Snowflake. Ashlee offered to keep Snowflake for a week so we could buy all the necessary things for her! So kind of Ashlee to offer. We came back the following weekend and picked up Snowflake. Ashlee was very knowledgeable and informative of all our questions. She also mentioned that their team is available to us for the lifetime of the dog! They also provided a very detailed handbook for us to review, and it was so helpful. When we brought Snowflake home, she was shy and scared but that's because it was an unfamiliar place. Snowflake was already litter box trained and did so well at that at home too. She eventually started to open up. Snowflake is now 16 weeks and is the sweetest little girl. She learns so quick! Ashlee also mentioned her dogs are very aware of the word "no." Snowflake picked up a lot of things very fast and is very into words of affirmation. We also just had her 16 weeks vet check up and Snowflake is a healthy puppy. We couldn't have asked for more. Ashlee and her team are always available. Whenever I had a question, she would respond within minutes. I felt very secure knowing we had a puppy from someone who has been in the breeding business for a long time. I would definitely recommend Domino Schnoodles to anyone looking for a hypoallergenic dog!

I am so excited to finally write this review after a full year with our big guy. We are…read moretraditionally dog people but are getting older and no longer have older kids at home to help with large pets but we were very attracted to the idea of a Bengal because of their higher than usual energy. We were hoping for a good middle-ground between running dogs every day for two decades and a fat house cat and we really feel like we got exactly what we were dreaming of and so much more. Her kittens were impeccable and we can't even believe how lucky we got with our male. He was instantly affectionate and loving towards us. My husband was very wary of cats and believed all of them were skittish and stand-offish. I had a childhood cat and remembered them being easy to own. I convinced him to let me get this kitten after our last dog passed because he was so gorgeous and as masculine as a sweet kitty could possibly look. We were so impressed with Dad when we met him in person and our little guy ended up looking just as handsome now that he's almost fully grown. Even other bengal owners are always blown away by his unusual coloring and shine. This is a cat even my husband is so proud to own after years of telling me cats were for women. Lol They are best buddies and sometimes I feel like I bought my own dream cat but my husband was the one who ended up with the best friend. He has zero negative health issues and has only needed to see the vet for regular vaccinations and altering. We have so much comfort in knowing that he has only eaten human grade food as we have continued the breeder's extraordinary meal plan. We have been a lifelong long kibble and canned food combo users and we had absolutely no idea how low the quality of food that is allowed to be given as animal grade even in the most expensive pet food. Our aunt just lost her sweet male cat to a urinary blockage and we had no idea how common they are in cats fed commercial foods. We take him everywhere with us and he is a huge comfort to me because of my anxiety. Everybody wants to interact with him and love on him and he really takes a lot of pressure off situations for me. I have never known a cat to be so willing to greet a large groups of people and people can't believe how calm he is. We did take the breeders advice and alter him before sexual maturity. He has never even once had an accident outside the litter box or on grass at home or in public. After decades of puppies I was ready for months of potty training. I had no idea how incredible a well raised kitten is at using the litter box exclusively. It was an absolute dream transition bringing him into our home. He has changed my life. We have not gotten a second bengal only because we love so much that we are able to travel with him and worry that flights, imposing on friends when we stay, etc would be too difficult with more than him but I am so tempted every time I see your posts of new litters. We have been life long animal adores but we never knew we could experience a bond with an animal like this. Thank you so much and to anyone considering a kitten--I couldn't imagine a better one in the entire world than the one I adopted from them.
