From a February 2014 start to the end in mid June, we could not have been more happier in the results. With our small kitchen footprint and some of our needs, wants and ideas collated, Janis incorporated this into a couple designs which we then narrowed down into a concise end single product. The cabinets turned out fantastic and with the space slightly re-worked, not to mention new appliances, the kitchen feels a dream to be in. Design Build also managed the construction of the kitchen/living room skylight well which was worth every time and money spent, opened up our small space even further, and feels like a piece of architecture in its own right; re-lighting in the kitchen space to match the new area perfectly including LED uplit in the sky well; the complete re-painting of the exterior and interior of the house; a remodeled contemporary fireplace that is stunning to look at thanks to the unique tiles sourced by Brigette and Avery; and the overhaul and re-design of our back landscaping so we have a space for our young children to play in. Keeping to our budget was very important to us and Gilmans made sure of this. Yes we did spend some of a contingency but this was for items added into the scope. So thank you Janis and to all the team at Design Build - Sean, Brigette, Avery, Alex and Phil. Paul and Cara

Phenomenal business - excellent products and GREAT service!…read more First off, as a first-timer, home renovation is super overwhelming. There are so many decisions to make and so many options AND so many stores you can go to...it was hard to know where to start. I'm so, sooo glad I came to Kitchen & Bath Design Center. I'd live to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as I went through the process of finding fixtures, pull handles, faucets, tubs, toilets, etc.. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted but Gianna was so patient and so kind. She helped me select and order everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was clear and very communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pick-up (an extra challenge with the global supply chain issues). When we hit a snag on just one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, she and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. So while I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family-run business by people who care about their customers AND deliver excellent products. Thank you!!

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. What impressed us about the work was the extreme attention to detail. Prior to finishing, the cabinet parts were prepped (cleaned and sanded) and then primed. Azamat's communication was excellent and he was good about keeping us up to date on the project schedule and materials availability. For our job, Sherwin-Williams commercial/industry finishes were used to excellent results.
