Stopped in during a recent home renovation project and ended up sourcing all of our kitchen and bath items here, wine fridge, microwave, sink, and fixtures. Katie, the manager, and her team were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The whole experience felt organized and low stress. The space itself had recently been renovated and looks great. Currently they are a maybe. I am working on a fairly large remodel and worked with someone who left. Imodium big loss, because when I asked if he would keep an eye out for sales on the products I wanted to order he gave me a flat no. I have had trouble connecting with whoever took over his accounts, though I have reached out a few times. They sent me an email with one guys name and then when I got a call about the hood I ordered I was given a different person's name. Neither has responded to my calls. So far I am uncomfortable, and left wondering. My concern is lead times. read more

This place has to be the worst showroom I have ever been to in my life. The sales reps do not care to find anything for you whether it is the part numbers or delivery timelines. They are completely uninterested in helping. I had an experience where I spent two hours walking the sales person through what I need and it was a large remodel project. The sales rep did not get back to me for a week in desperation I reached out to the manager Katie who seemed helpful at first, but was also unavailable to prioritize meeting and help resolving my situation as she said she was going to be away for the entire week leaving on Monday. I requested to be connected to somebody who is going to be responsive. Given my experience she connected me to another Rep. Her name was Dahlia. This lady seemed to not have any time for eight days straight, even though I requested to speak to her for a few minutes to set up time to meet with her, whether it was FaceTime or in person. Unbelievable I have no idea how these people are in business. read more

if possible, stay away from this place. They are pretty useless when something goes wrong. the worst part is that they just don't respond. In my situation, 1. I bought a 48" range and compatible hood. They ordered a 36" hood. The exchange and replacement was a nightmare. They overcharged me by a couple of hundred dollars. Still not resolved. 2. Bought two dishwashers. One of the broke because they dropped it while loading. They offered a panel ready dishwasher and ordered a panel. They gave me the panel and promised to install the panel. Six months passed, no one showed up. I did it myself. 3. Toekick of the refrigerator was missing. They promised to order replacement. Nothing yet. 4. They delivered a refrigerator with a ding on the panel. No response to repeated requests. I was dealing with a manager named Mustafa. I waited patiently to see if they solve any of the issues before I posted this review. I see similar responses from other customers. read more

During this time of Appliance back orders, I consider myself very fortunate to have met Megan, a showroom consultant at Meyer Appliances. She put forth great effort to locate a GE refrigerator that was readily available in a distant location. Delivery scheduling was delayed as well. However, the Meyer team, worked hard to deliver and install our fridge in time for the Jewish holidays. Although there was a huge dent in the freezer door, we readily accepted this otherwise perfectly good refrigerator. There was warranty and again the team helped us, in a timely matter, to have this door replaced. We were just so happy to have this appliance. I bought a Miele dishwasher from Meyer. Everything was fine, we installed it ourselves but then we realized that we were missing a bottom part (just the piece to hide the bottom of the dishwasher). I went back to the store two times. Each time they said they would order it and call me back as soon as it is ready. I've never heard back and I'm still waiting. read more

This review is strictly for the repair department. I've contacted them a few times in the past for repairs and it's always takes a couple of follow up calls. Nobody ever answers the phone and messages rarely get returned. It takes a lot of follow up but eventually someone calls you back. I've recently contacted them for repairs on a Sub-Zero refrigerator and stated that the repairs are someone urgent since the auto defrosting in the freezer isn't working properly. After leaving a few messages in a month's time span with no response, I had no choice but to seek another appliance repair company. I understand that staffing has been a big issue with many contractors and repair companies but a simple return call saying that they are fully booked would be more than sufficient. read more

I called for some technical support today and she was so great in trying to understand our issue while talking with the technicians to attempt to solve the matter. She was very, very professional, kept her word in returning our calls and did her best to close the matter to our satisfaction. Stopped by the showroom awhile back looking into replacing my mom's washer and dryer. Was looking into getting Speed Queen. A gal helped me out on some questions I had on what the difference was between them and the answer I got was not what I would've expected from an appliance expert. The only thing different was that 1 was a top load and the other was a front load. Ended up going to University Electric and buying it there because the Sales person explained the difference in the models read more

I stopped in today to look for a vanity and confirmed tub measurements. when I entered the store, the receptionist was on the phone. She didn't even look at me to say one minute then the sales lady behind her walked away and then as I walked through the store, I passed two gentlemen who didn't even ask if I needed help then the lady who saw me walk in asked if I've been helped and I said no and I wasn't even greeted and she said well she was on the phone. I feel sorry for the receptionist working there. If the sales people don't even back her up while she's on the phone. Customer service in this store did not exist. When I left this store, I drove up to San Jose plumbing location, which is not a showroom, however, I received exceptional customer service from the two gentlemen working there as they gave me advice on which store to go to, and it wasn't the store on El Camino. My home store may be in Richmond, Virginia where I also received exceptional customer service. The same customer service should be provided throughout every Ferguson in the United States. read more

We have been loyal customers of Meyer Appliances for about 15 years. They used to have an excellent selection of German appliances and a service to match. That has changed now. We recently bought a Miele washing machine that was improperly installed. When we brought this to their attention, Meyer Appliances said we should contact Miele for a warranty claim, even though we we made it crystal clear that the installation had been faulty (for which we had paid a lot of money), not the washing machine. (And Miele washing machines spin with with high RPMs, necessitating a proper installation.) After an exchange of lots of emails Mayer offered to send out their installation team for $118!! I don't know if this place under new ownership, but our experience was the sort of thing that you expect when you deal with Home Depot, not a high end appliance store... read more

The call center messed up and scheduled our appointment with Peyton for the wrong day, but Peyton found a way to fit us in and she was outstanding. She answered all our questions and pointed us to exactly what we needed to order to put together our shower system. I had to book a second install appointment because my electricians installed new plug with prongs n wrong direction. My parent's home had a burner out on a gas stove. The technician, Long Mai, looked at it and said it was very old. He said the ignitor is damaged. He showed me the part and explained how the parts on the burner worked together. Unfortunately, he said Thermador doesn't make those parts any more. Then he went back to his truck and pulled out what looked to be the part. He said it's the last one. Fortunately, he had a special tool to disassemble the stove and he carried the part that isn't sold by the manufacturer anymore. He was able to replace the old ignitor with the new one and got it working again. Great job Long. Thank you. read more

Unfortunately, the rest of the process after putting the order in has been a nightmare. We got assigned to Gabrielle Perez as our project manager for delivery, but for each simple question or scheduling I've had to email and call her multiple times and she has usually has ignored the emails or have replied in more than a week. read more

Ferguson Appliance, the old Meyer Appliance store in Mt View exceeded my expectations because I wasn't thinking that a chain would hire the people at the top of their profession. David Saephan, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about some tough comparative high-end brand questions and he was pleasant and fair in finalizing terms. I wish he had my Cove model in stock but the delivery wait wasn't bad, especially considering how long orders took during Covid. The delivery guys led by Umberto were employees of the company and they represented their company well. The competently moved my cabinet panel from my Miele to my new Cove. I'm glad I now own an all SubZero Wolf kitchen because the great technicians at Box Appliance can exclusively service my whole kitchen. Frankly, I think the Miele technician repaired my DW incorrectly and that allowed steam to enter the electronics compartment. I've had the high end Miele unit 11 years and I the circuit board failed twice so I moved to Cove. read more

I like to work with a local company but this one is not good. I bought a dishwasher with a 5 year warranty plan. The dishwasher stopped cleaning well and we needed a service call. It took at least 4 unreturned phone calls and messages until we got a service call. When the technician came, he said we needed a new arm, said he would order the part and it would be here in 2 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. I have spent plenty of time and at least 5 follow up calls. Every time I have my order number, customer number, etc. I understand that people are short handed but if you can't return a phone call or look into some 'system' that is going to say what's happening then don't offer the service! I would have been far better off with a manufacturer service call and buying the part online. read more

I purchased all my kitchen appliances here - refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, ovens, dishwasher. I had a host of problems initially, including ordering of incorrect product models, and then delivery delays due to pandemic-related supply chain issues. Despite all the stress and problems, I am still giving a 5 star rating as a result of the attitude and service of the team. They have always been courteous, and have tried to keep me informed and make accommodations. When we learned that my fridge and freezer would be delayed by months, management immediately offered me temporary floor models to use while I waited. I bought a high-end Miele dishwasher from Myer Appliance in Mountain View, CA in October 2021. Between the time I bought it and the time it was delivered, Myer Appliance was sold to Ferguson, a national chain. Myer had a license to service Miele dishwashers; however Ferguson does not. Our dishwasher broke and we had to call Miele directly for service and the wait time for a technician to come out is 15 days! Future Miele customers should be aware of this before another Miele product from Ferguson. There is no local service and wait times for Miele to come out are inordinately long. Do not buy Miele appliances from Ferguson unless you are prepared to be without it for a long period of time if it breaks. read more

I had the worst experience with Meyer Appliance, specifically Monica. I bought a washer and dryer because they were in stock. She was never exactly friendly after the purchase. I called at least twice inquiring about the status of the washer. Both times was told she would check in to it and call back. Never got call backs. was given the run around. I cancelled the order. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them, especially from Monica. read more
