Probably the most popular place in Bay Area for high quality and fashion forward tiles. Lots of very unique choices that will stand out and bring modern design to your place. They do run big sales occasionally and then the store gets very busy. They specialize in unique textures and really shine in this area. It is more expensive here. Contrast this with Floor and Decor which is well suited for more utilitarian areas and lower cost. Wonderful showroom in San Jose with lots of ideas to browse. Loved the Samui Verbier Sand tile pattern on one of the displays. read more

Ask for AUGUST FOWLER! He is amazing with details, suggestions, and follow up after hours. We were after some very specific tile and a clean modern look and he did not disappoint. I'm also attaching some sample photos from his correspondence. He made it so easy for us to see his comments and to look at tiles since we were not local- living three hours away from any showroom! I found him because others had said so many amazing things and they were so so right he has a great sense of style and also shared constructive feedback when my selection wasn't right on. He is a consummate professional, and I am just hoping I need additional help and will be ordering from him in the future for years to come. Porcelanosa corporate you owe this guy a huge, thank you for being so amazing!! He is a rock star. read more

Porcelanosa had the best dimensions of a bathroom vanity that I needed for my home and I desperately needed to buy it. I contacted the store this morning and spoke to a sales associate named Jessica. She emailed me with many other options for the vanity and sink base, and I narrowed it down to a handful of them. She graciously emailed me back with color options and pricing. I drove to the store 10 minutes before closing, met Jessica, looked at the vanities in-person, and made my purchase. Jessica even stayed after hours an extra 20 minutes to close out my order. She never made me feel rushed and was incredibly welcoming. This store is a massive showroom and has many options compared to the SF location. The materials are great quality, designed in Spain, and unique. I highly recommend a visit! read more

I was fortunate to have a good experience at Porcelanosa in San Jose. While I can see that some of the sales person don't seem to care about their customers.. in the sense that the seem not wanting to engage, I was fortunate that my sales guy, August, was awesome. First, the show room was really well decorated and provide inspiration for my bathroom. We went there twice and the 2nd time order the tiles. The process was not as straight forward because of the number of selections but August help identify issues and made my experience easy. I had to custom order the floor tile from Italy (?) because they did not have in stock and that took about 6 weeks. Fortunately my contractor was able to reschedule so it worked out. I took advantage of the once a year sale too. August was prompt to let me know the tiles came in and I waited 4 weeks before my contractor picked them up. August had no issues with that. When it was time to pick up, all I needed was to give him 2 days heads up. The tile was very high quality, and beautiful. When I do my master bathroom, I will definitely go back and definitely talk to August again. read more

We purchased bathroom tiles from Porcelanosa, and they are absolutely beautiful. The showroom is stunning and the quality speaks for itself, but what really made the experience was working with Hardi. Hardi is the real deal. She had incredible knowledge of the products and walked us through tile options and pairings we never would have considered on our own. She was patient, never rushed or pressured us, and answered every question quickly. Ordering, delivery, and follow-through all went smoothly with zero surprises. If you're considering Porcelanosa, ask for Hardi. The showroom will sell you on the tiles, but she's the reason it was such a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

Working with Kanoeokalani and Sneha at Porcelanosa is always an exceptional experience. As the team at GKW Architects / Constructors, Inc., we have successfully coordinated six projects with them, most recently incorporating both their Residential and Emotions cabinet lines into our designs. The quality of the cabinetry is outstanding, but the service truly sets this team apart. Kanoeokalani and Sneha provide a seamless, comprehensive process from the initial interior design concepts through to the final delivery. Our design-build-sell team relies heavily on their execution, and they deliver every time, including flawlessly managing the coordination with the countertop installation. They are a remarkably personable group to work with and stay highly responsive to every question that arises. We highly recommend Porcelanosa for any high-end project. read more

I had an excellent experience at Porcelanosa, thanks to Desiree. She helped me select the perfect tile style and color for my bathroom remodel and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was her patience. As my project evolved, I made several adjustments to my order, and she always took the time to recalculate the quantities and make sure everything was accurate. Desiree is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about helping her customers make the right decisions. She never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and offered thoughtful recommendations that fit both my design goals and practical needs. Choosing materials for a bathroom remodel can be overwhelming, but Desiree made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. August helped us immensely in selection of the porcelain slabs we used for all the walls, including shower walls, in our primary bathroom. He helped with accent wall tile selection and it looks fantastic. We have zero grout in the shower and clean up is simple. We had a wonderful experience at Porcelanosa. We purchased tiles for our bathrooms and fireplace, and our designer, Cindy, was exceptional throughout the process. She has a refined eye for design and offered thoughtful suggestions that aligned beautifully with our home's style and our needs. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Cindy was also incredibly patient, responsive, and supportive--from selecting materials to managing order changes and coordinating pickup. I highly recommend working with Cindy. I can't recommend August Fowler enough! His knowledge and professionalism is extraordinary. I went into Porcelenosa to remodel a bathroom. Porcelanosa has a beautiful showroom but I initially found the sales team lacking. I worked with 3 different sales representatives. They all had drawbacks (missed appointments, lack of product information etc.) and then I started working with August. He was a game changer. He listened ... really listened and offered suggestions and excellent design advice. His product knowledge is exceptionally thorough. I had many unusual requests and August was always patient and efficient in answering my every question. I just completed the remodel of the bathroom and because of August I am now in the process of remodeling another bathroom in my home. Porcelenosa should hang onto August. He is an absolute gem. read more

This is a very busy store that displays and carries high-end materials. They have a great QR code check-in system to put you in a queue to speak to a Design Consultant. We felt very fortunate to have Jessica J. assist us. We had selected a porcelain slab we liked, but needed suggestions for the shower and bathroom floor material to match. Jessica wasted no time in showing us great options. She walked us to different displays to show us options, as well as open drawers of samples of smaller-format tile for the shower floor. Jessica knew exactly where everything was located and displayed in the store. She also had a good sense of the current inventory of items, so she didn't show us choices that were backordered. After narrowing down our choices, Jessica brought the large samples of the shower floor and bathroom tile to lay next to the porcelain slab on display to see how they looked together. Jessica then wrote up a quote, but gave us small samples to take home before deciding. She said that every bathroom has its own lighting situation that differs from what we see in the store. She was right, as we liked a floor tile that was one shade lighter in our bathroom (a sample of which she also provided). The order was changed right away over email, and we completed the purchase. We had an excellent experience with Porcelanosa and highly recommend seeing Jessica if you want a similar experience. read more

The design associate, Cindy Hsu, had made our experience at Procelanosa wonderful. She has great sense of aesthetic of tile. After we told her our preferences of tiles, she helped pick some tiles and made great combinations. I can't be more happy with my entire bathroom tiles after the installation's done. She responded timely and also took care of our order updates and post-buy needs. Procelanosa makes good tiles and Cindy just makes the purchase experience up to the quality. read more

Choosing tiles for an entire house renovation can be overwhelming, but Porcelanosa made the experience an absolute pleasure! From the moment you step into their showroom, you're greeted with a stunning display of options, all presented in a way that makes the selection process incredibly easy. But what truly sets Porcelanosa apart is their incredible team, especially their design consultant, August Fowler. August is a gem - so knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in guiding me through the vast selection and honestly, he's one of the main reasons all the tiles for my house renovation are coming from Porcelanosa (in addition to the beauty and quality of their products, of course!). If you're looking for an amazing tile shop with a beautiful showroom and outstanding customer service, especially from someone as fantastic as August, look no further than Porcelanosa. We have been customers of porcelanosa through two full house remodelings and we have been very very happy with the results in all cases. August was very helpful and a great designer to work with. I have sent all my family to be taken care by him. Highly recommend.

Desiree helped up buy tiles for our full home remodel. She was extremely patient and had excellent sense of design. We left the store with a much better layout and design for our bathroom and living area than what we came in with. The whole time it always felt like she was making decisions keeping our requirements and designs in mind, and not just pushing products onto us. She in fact recommended NOT tiling certain areas in the bathroom because it would be too much and save us some money. Highly recommend working with her! read more

So dating myself, but if you are looking for a Lifestyles of Rich and Famous or MTV Cribs bathroom, this is the place for you. Its a decent sized showroom with multiple mocked up bathrooms and a smaller kitchen areas. The fixtures are really top of the line and everything is high end. What I really appreciated was the staff. We live in a small Eichler (Mid Century Modern) home so our changes have to be well planned and it takes us alot of time to distill down choices. The staff here is friendly but unobtrusive. We were greeted and asked if we had any questions then left alone to roam to our hearts content. read more

Purchased tile from here for my kitchen floor about 2 years ago. I was hesitant at first due to the price, but very pleased with the quality and look afterwards. They are holding up nicely. At the time of purchase, I had it delivered for an extra charge. I'm glad I did, as my order with the grout was delivered on a pallet and was solidly wrapped up. All in all, super professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Porcelanosa if you can make it fit in your budget. read more

Extremely poor customer service! We went in and no one even bothered to say hello or ask us if we needed anything. There were multiple sales associates sitting at their desks but they didn't even bother to check in or ask us if we needed anything. We weren't even told one had to scan in their QR system to get help from a sales associate! After 20 mins of wandering around we then also finalized what we wanted to buy. We went to the front desk to ask for help but were told we needs to scan the QR code and wait for assistance! We did that and waited for another 30 mins and still no one showed up to help! Even after telling a couple of sales associates that we knew exactly what we wanted to buy we were still totally ignored! We finally left after wasting an entire hour and half! I'm never recommending this place nor ever coming back here again. There are multiple stores around this place that are so much more crowded but the sales associates are so much nicer ! If this is how customer service is , I don't see how they will ever get loyal customers ! Probably the worst customer experience! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Honest to God trying to save anyone thinking of using this company the money, time and energy. We unfortunately chose their tile for our bathroom remodel that started July 24, 2025, it is now September 8, 2025 and we have still not finished our bathroom remodel because of multiple errors from Porcelanosa. They have sent us the wrong tile not once but TWICE! A project that was supposed to be a 10 day project is now quickly approaching two months. The floor tiles they have look NOTHING like what they send you so if you do happen to order from them, I can't stress this enough DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK YOUR TILE!!! They send me the wrong tile and unfortunately for me I was not home when the tile was installed. As soon as I noticed it was the wrong tile we contacted Porcelanosa which was no easy feat. They avoid you at all costs NOT ONCE did the sales representative return my calls or messages and the only reason we were able to get some answers and a new order of tile sent was because the company we ordered thru threatened to no longer carry or sell their tile at their business. A second batch of tile was sent and once again it arrived and the quality and color was not the same, they finally said they no longer had the tile I had chosen and said we could keep the WRONG tile they sent or we could return it and they would give us all but 25% of our money back. Explain to me how a company thinks they can give me NOTHING but keep 25% of my money?!?!!! Especially when they have made mistakes that are now costing me an additional $4000 to repair the walls that had to have the first tile ripped off of! They do not take any responsibility nor do they do what an honest company would do- replace the tile and cover the additional cost that resulted from them sending the wrong tiles twice. This whole project has been a nightmare and their horrendous customer service and product quality issues/mistakes have cost us greatly. I will be taking them to small claims court because I have all the proof and receipts to show that this business is unprofessional and a joke. Not only do I have pictures showing the two different tiles that they sent trying to pass off for the one that I chose, but I also have proof that the numbers on the tile are not the same. This company not once contacted me and from what I was shown, they also did not do a great job at working with the company that sells their tile. A nightmare, PLEASE DO NOT BE CATFISHED by their tile, you WILL NOT receive a tile of the same quality as the ones seen in the showroom. read more

Awful service! They will lie through their teeth to get you to buy something! Worst customer service in the world! Triple check their math if they are ordering quantities of anything for you! Know their return policy! And make sure it's written somewhere. If they tell you "don't worry, if something is wrong we will take care of it", don't believe them! They sent us a broken vanity and the wrong sink and told us "oh well you picked it up so many months ago! So we can't help you!" But do you know why we picked it up so many months ago! Well because they told us to! Despite us telling them our contractor was not ready for the materials yet. Their manager is so unprofessional and his demeanor and tone of voice is despicable! Don't trust this place! There are way too many tile places in this area with far far far better customer service. read more

I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. 1) The staff in the store were somewhat rude and mostly ignorant of their own products. you are better off doing your own research, we were mislead multiple times talking to their staff 2) Kiron, the product they sold us is much less attractive than Corian when trying to do kitchen countertops. Kiron looks like cheap plastic compared to Corian. 3) the installers they work with are terrible, and Porcelanosa will not stand by their work OR by the product they sold you. basically no support what so ever. In short - do what you can to avoid this company, look for smaller shops with knowledgeable staff that are in it for the long run and will not leave you high and dry read more

Vanities are very low quality and should not be used in bathrooms. Ours started to fall apart in a few years. The drawers are made of laminated MDF, and unlike our kitchen the laminate isn't sealed well enough. As a result, moisture seeps in and the MDF expands. The vanity now looks terrible, and more importantly, they refuse to replace it under warranty saying that they think "it was standing water" and the vanities are water resistant but not water proof. Clearly they are not water resistant, as you can see in the photos. They won't last more than a few years in a residential bathroom. read more
