    Charcuterie catered by La Saison
    Annie W.

Ray and the team at Vinoce are the best! We had our wedding welcome event here for 100 guests in summer 2023, with charcuterie catered by La Saison and wine from Vinoce. The space was perfect for our event, with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the river and a super fun and spacious indoor area that our guests absolutely loved hanging out in. The Vinoce wines were amazing and paired really well with the cheese and charcuterie. Ray and the team were so attentive and caring. They were so easy to work with and made our wedding weekend truly special. Highly recommend Vinoce for group events in Napa!

Tim was an amazing host. He is very personable, told us about his family wine stories and made us feel at home. A great, cozy atmosphere and not pretentious like some of the other tasting rooms. Great choice for my daughter's birthday! Will definitely visit again.

Still great. We visit everytime when in Napa now. Still love their wines and evoo. We bought a mixed case of cab and evoo our last trip. The evoo was packaged in their sav blanc bottles which can get confusing. But my sis just ordered more evoo and came in totally cute packaging today! Sorry I took the photo in a rush so the background is all ugly. Anyways...this time she didnt get a discount. All other times we did. Large bottle 750mL is $30 and smaller bottle is $20.

Such a pleasant experience! We did the wine tasting and ordered the cheese plate. The wines were amazing and so was the cheese. But the star of the show was Daisy! She's a golden/white lab with the biggest heart and sweetest face.

    Adorable friendly winery dog, Daisy.

Stopped by this tasting room on a whim and had a delightful experience. I've been a fan of the Vinoce Cabernet Franc for a little while now (first tried it at the Vintner's Collective and was instantly hooked) so I was excited to hear that Vinoce had their own tasting room. It's in an unassuming little building near downtown Napa and since it's open until 6 pm most nights, the place is hopping in the late afternoon. We arrived without an appointment and were warmly greeted shortly after we walked in. The tasting room is literally a grouping of tables inside the actual cellar and you sit among wine barrels and stainless steel fermenting tanks. A super friendly dog yellow lab named Daisy came running up to greet us with her tail wagging too, and I always give extra stars to a winery with friendly animals. This place is run by young guys with a very laid back attitude and a relaxed atmosphere that can sometimes feel a bit too casual, especially when they disappear in the middle of your wine tasting and you're just left sitting there. Everything is very nonchalant and carefree, which makes it a wholly unintimidating experience (perfect for the first-timer to Napa who doesn't know where to start). It also feels more like a neighborhood gathering place than a proper wine tasting venue, which isn't a bad thing! That's not really a criticism because if you're searching for zero pretension and zero snobbery, this is your place. The pours are extremely large with what seem to be no limits, so it goes without saying that the place got packed around 5 pm (when most of the other wineries in town have already closed). There were obvious regulars here too, and large groups of people doing wine "tastings." Even with the concrete floors and big crowd, it surprisingly never got too loud inside. We joined the wine club solely for the great discount on the wines and left with a case of our fave (the Vinoce Cab Franc). We also threw in a few bottles of Twenty Rows to give as holiday gifts because they were decent enough and so stinking cheap with the club discount. Note that there are two different labels being poured here: the accessible and lower priced Twenty Rows wines and the higher end, absolutely delicious Vinoce wines. Casual drinkers will want to stick to the Twenty Rows tasting while connoisseurs will no doubt gravitate towards the Vinoce wines.

Great place! Such a relaxing atmosphere, great wine, friendly staff, and a very scary guard dog named Daisy if you're lucky. Walked away with a bottle of rosé and a bottle of cab sauv. Thank you Vinoce!

Wow! The staff here are so friendly and warming it changes the game. Everyone wanted to chat and tell us about the wines, they're so passionate! The spot has an outdoor area that overlooks the river and is the perfect spot for photos with wine. For sure a must visit on your Napa wine tour

Great hidden gem off the beaten path and still just a few blocks from downtown (nice walk or short car ride away). Looks can be deceiving because when you first drive up it feels like you're entering a back alley warehouse parking lot and there's no way a beautiful tasting room awaits around the corner. But nevertheless, just park and head on back. I came with a couple of girlfriends and we were greeted by Tyler, the nicest down to earth guy. Although the tables outside had a fabulous view of the Napa river we decided to take a wine barrel table inside. There were a couple of adorable pooches roaming around which made the environment even more inviting. Soft music in the background was great, mostly hip hop. For the wine, what can I say, it was great. They have a good variety of tasting selection for very reasonable prices. I ended up taking home a few bottles of the 2018 Vinoce Sauvignon Blanc which I believe they referred to it as the Napa Gatorade (ha- it was so easy to drink). This type of place is how the wine tasting experience should be like! Can't wait to be a regular.

Vinoce & Twenty Rows is a must-visit when in Napa, I will definitely come back just for this place. The view of the Napa River is surreal, the tasting room has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the music was inviting and the wine is exquisite. I spent a few hours at the tasting room and I was blown away by the knowledge, passion, and service. Tyler and Rachael made sure my group was taken care of and their passion for the wine is contagious. I can't get enough of the Cab Franc, I can see why it has won a few awards. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience! Exceptional customer service from the second we walked in the door. We loved the chatter and feel of the place right off. It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The wines...all of high quality, and the descriptions when served were professional. I particularly enjoyed the stories of the family that have produced the wine for decades. Highly recommend for the welcome, personal interaction and product quality.

The entire experience was stellar, beginning with a welcome glass of Vin Gris, which counts as one of the five wines in the tasting. We settled into comfortable, spacious semicircular couches with panoramic views overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and mountains beyond. What truly elevated our visit was Dulce, our hostess, who has more than 20 years of wine experience. She described each wine with such knowledge and detail that we were able to choose wines we genuinely enjoyed. But it was more than expertise. She shared her knowledge and passion so freely and with such heart that she made the afternoon feel special. Dulce is truly a gift to Bouchaine. The hospitality began even before we arrived. When we realized we didn't need as much time between wineries, we called and asked whether we could move our 3:30 tasting to 2:30. They accommodated us with grace. We ended up staying more than 2 1/2 hours and never once felt hurried. I especially appreciated the generous spacing between the seating areas, which gave each group privacy and made the tasting feel peaceful rather than crowded. The grounds were lovely, with purple agapanthus and black-eyed Susans blooming against the vineyards and mountains. Even the modern wood architecture--from the tasting room and offices to the beautifully designed bathroom--made us feel as though we were somewhere thoughtfully created and genuinely special. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Some wineries you visit once because you're curious to experience them. Bouchaine is the kind of place I would return to simply because of how wonderful it felt to be there. Although I would definitely be getting the Gewurztraminer, Merlot, and Pinot Noirs again too.

Our sommelier informed us that we were in the coolest and foggiest part of the valley, but it was a warm, clear day, and we were able to enjoy the lovely view from the terrace. Compared to other tasting experiences I've had in Napa, the tasting at Bouchaine was more laid back - we didn't take a tour, and our group was seated on the terrace for the afternoon. We tasted about 6 or 7 wines, including several blends unique to the winery. I liked how the tasting line up was flexible; our sommelier often let us choose between two wines for each round. Additionally, she explained the story behind each wine she poured. While I typically enjoy the more interactive tastings with a tour, it was nice to sit and relax with the stunning view.

My husband and I were able to call ahead and schedule a very last-minute tasting, and from the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. I work in the wine industry on the retail side in Texas, while my husband does not, so creating an experience that feels both educational and approachable for both of us is not always easy. Steve absolutely nailed it. He welcomed us warmly, shared thoughtful stories about the wines and the winery, and made the experience feel incredibly personal. The tasting room itself is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem in Napa. We especially loved learning about the wines and the woman winemaker behind Levendi. The tasting was stunning from start to finish. What truly sets Levendi apart, though, is the level of hospitality. Since our visit, I have referred many of my favorite clients to Levendi, and Steve consistently goes above and beyond for them. He bends over backwards to make sure my customers are taken care of, and every single person I've sent has come back raving about their experience. At this point, a trip to Napa would not feel complete without a stop at Levendi. I honestly cannot imagine Napa without Levendi -- or Steve. In the 90s and early 00s they allowed well-behaved kids, and I remember being enchanted by the sheep cutouts, the pate and cheese, and the beautiful fountain. We eventually stopped being brought around, but my parents stayed members for decades. When I returned as an adult as guests on my parent's membership, the visits were wonderful. Servers were warm, the wine was phenomenal, the view stunning, and the food always great. After years of joining my parents, I finally became a member myself. Since then, visits with my husband have been inconsistent. To be clear, WE are consistent- we dress well, behave respectfully, never overindulge, and tip generously. Most of the time service is attentive, we taste everything, order plenty of food, and buy lots of wine to take home. Friends have even joined because they loved the experience. But about a third of the time service feels strict, stingy, and inattentive, and I cannot understand why our treatment differs so much from my parents, even with the same servers. But, we came back again and again, because MOST off the time it's a dream. This past weekend, however, may cost them two memberships. We visited with two couples, one already a member and one interested in joining. We were dressed well, respectful, and ordered plenty of food. After asking for a couple more tastes to go with our next round, we were told there was a limit of four pours. When the server returned (I had asked for some time to reconsider the tastes if we were limited), she said three. Everyone agreed we were told four the first time. If this is a new policy, why did it change within minutes? Why weren't we informed the first time we asked to try something else? Service declined from there. No checking on shade, slow follow ups when we asked for additional accoutrements, and no water top offs unless we asked. We were absolutely mortified that our good friends we had invited had this as their first experience, after us spending years telling them about how magical it generally is here. We ended our visit early and spent our money at Iron Horse Vineyards, where we enjoyed hours of great wine and a beautiful view without being cut off. One of the couples actually ended up joining their wine club based on the stark differences. Domaine Carneros lost an additional membership, hundreds in purchases, and may lose two dedicated members. All it would have taken was a few more ounces and a little more time. When we visit wineries where we hold memberships, we expect to be treated as valued guests and to enjoy tasting as much of the menu as we can until we are finished. Little gifts sent to us on our membership anniversaries are cute, but where is that same sentiment when we're there in person? That doesn't seem like too much to ask for other wineries. I keep giving Domaine Carneros chances though, as I have so many amazing memories here. My parents were shocked when I told them. They had just visited and had the experience they have enjoyed for decades. So why didn't we? We now have to decide if keeping this membership is worth it. The wine is excellent and the views impeccable, but I am not sure I want to support a place that so clearly chooses who gets better treatment.

We took several pictures and enjoyed our seats on the rooftop. The white wine was chilled to perfection and worth the visit. Would I go back? YES, I would.

The Pinot and 2020 Estate Cab are my favorites. 2. Tastings are affordable and the playlist is a mix of oldies and groovy RNB music. 3. The living room/couch set up is COMFORTABLE with a great view of all the goodies for purchase. 4. Adam Housley walked in, greeted all the patrons, and truly made us feel welcomed. The staff are already incredibly kind and well informed, but his surprise appearance was the cherry on top.

After we finished eating, I frantically researched (read: checked Yelp) for a winery to visit. Housley seemed to fit the bill--good reviews, dog-friendly (we had her dog with us), and what seemed to be a reasonable tasting price. We get there and we realize it's owned by Tamera Mowry (who is now Mowry-Housley!) There's a picture of her and her husband (a former baseball player) in the window. We're sort-of starstruck. Shortly after, her husband (and the winery's owner) Adam walks up with their daughter and asks us how we're doing. We continue to be starstruck. Service was wonderful. Seating was comfy. The views weren't the best (we were drinking on the sidewalk and there's a parklet too.) The 5 wines for $29 was not bad, but the size of the pours was lacking. The first pour was the smallest and then slowly they seemed to give us more (maybe they heard me!) Honestly, the pricier wines tasted better. I wish our wine tasting could've been free if we bought two bottles or something--I would've done that! Cute merch and store with goodies inside. Bathroom is clean. Would be back!
