A very warm and welcoming initial vibe when we arrived here about 3pm on a Saturday. We were greeted right away by Kevin, who was super friendly, and there were a handful of seats still available, which was unexpectedly awesome. It's a dimly lit environment with cute decor that's relaxing and comfortable. They have stools you can sit on at barrel tables or tall tables but also chairs and couches, if you prefer a little back support. There was also a (football? Basketball? Idk i forgot) game on, so if that's what you're into, something you'd appreciate. The tasting menu was $25 for five tastings and I enjoyed mostly all of them. I'm not too keen on Zins but the Zin on this menu I liked more than most. The Vinoce Sauvignon Blanc was my fave out of the group which surprised me bc I usually prefer reds. I appreciated the service Tyler and Kevin provided. There were about 7 other groups and we still felt very attended to. Charming winery in downtown Napa with the chillest vibes and one of my favorites. We came in on a Monday around noon and had the whole place to ourselves. The tasting room was a huge dim-lit space with barrels lining the walls, a variety of seating options including couches and community tables, and fun chalkboard tabletops (feel free to let your inner artist out). Music was on point - everything from Lauryn Hill to Biggie. How does sipping wine while jamming to some Bob Marley or Marvin Gaye sound? The two of us got the Vinoce Reserve tasting. Awesome service - we got a great story behind each bottle and they were very generous with their pours. After we finished our original tasting, we were offered to either re-try one of the reserves or to try a wine on the Twenty Rows tasting. My personal favorite was the cab franc. I definitely appreciate a more laid-back environment where you feel like you're drinking and appreciating wine with family and close friends much more than some of the fancier (sometimes more pretentious) wineries in Napa. This place is incredible. We decided to stay in the Napa Valley Marriott near downtown Napa. We thought we'd go into town and hit a punch of spots. We happened across this spot, that had 5 stars on here. The servers are incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They're not your typical staff at a winery/vineyard. Tom and Kevin(o) were relatable and down to earth. The wine was fantastic at about $20 for their less expensive tasting and $30 for the other. They have live music at night (Saturdays) and the ambiance is darker but so cool. I'd definitely come back here when in town again. read more

I visited this place based purely on the Yelp reviews and it was exceptional. We were greeted by the young son of the wine makers and he was friendly, funny and kept us entertained the whole time. This is the only working winery in Napa and, has a lovely atmosphere inside, with barrels lined up along the walls when you enter the tasting room. All that aside it is after all about the wine. They have a couple of whites and some reds. The Sauvignon Blanc (reserve and normal) was exceptionally good and I was immediately hooked as was my friend. I loved the Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cab Sav, Syrah and my absolute favourite the reserve cab sav. What a great set of wines. The only wine that did not appeal to me was the Zinfandel. We stayed here a while and chatted and loved hanging around the place. A great winery with fabulous wines, friendly and welcoming staff and reasonable prices. A must visit when in Napa. read more

Twenty Rows is an event space, filled with barrels, and great for large groups and small who are looking to try a bunch of good wines. This isn't a place to see vineyards. Tim (I think that was his name?) was hilarious, generous with the pours, and served us our complimentary cheese plate (with Yelp check in). Not to mention that the tasting fee was $10 for probably 6 tastings, the wines were good and affordable. I would definitely return and make sure to try the Vinoce wines, their top tier label. Just keep in mind that this is an event space near downtown, not a vineyard. read more

Probably my favorite place for wine tasting so far (but I have only been to Napa once :P). It was where I was most drunk... but I swear that shouldn't hinder this review! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were greeted at the door and received two glasses of wine to taste right away. Our server was hilarious, attentive, and fun. He poured glass after glass, described each wine, and engaged in conversation at the same time. For some reason he kept leaving wine bottles at our table while attending to other customers, but did not mind when we poured ourselves more :D so awesome. He accidentally spilled some wine on my bf and gave us a free bottle because of it! And the best part...it was only $10-15 to taste about 6+ wines. wonderful little family owned spot off the main highway... i enjoyed myself so much i wound up buying 3 bottles! so my boyfriend had this fantastic idea on picking wineries to visit this time in Napa... Let me start off by saying that this place lives up to it's excellent Yelp rating. Definitely one of the best wine tasting experiences I've ever had and I've done a lot of wine tastings. When I first arrived here I thought maybe I made a mistake because at first glance I didn't see any vineyards so I thought maybe I was looking for the wrong place. However, it turned out that I arrived at exactly where I needed to be. This establishment has a very relaxed and stress free ambience about it. It makes you feel at home in contrast to some of the fancier overcrowded and overpriced wineries in the area. As soon as we crossed the threshold we were greeted and assisted. Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the wines we sampled and informed us of which particular food items they believe paired best. The price of the tasting was reasonable in comparison to the more expensive places in the area and you get a few extras in addition to the wines featured on the tasting list. This place is definitely a bang for you buck in case you're search of a good time rather than a expensive time. Absolutely find this place charming. On our first visit, we met the lady of the house who was cleaning up from an event the night before and the place was actually meant to be closed, but let us in anyways. It likened to a friend welcoming us anyways after a surprise visit. She poured us generous amounts for tasting while speaking to us not only about her wines and vineyard, but also how their family ties to TW/Vinoce. It was great and from the get go, very welcoming and intimate. It was like becoming a part of a family. Which we became members before we left that day. The tasting room itself has a great romantic vibe that's pretty spacious. I mean, it's a pretty solid event space. The wines are incredible. My boyfriend, who isn't really big into wine, is a big fan of The Grappler and Merlot. I'm a fan of their Cabernet Sauvignon. My recent visit was for a bachelorette weekend a couple of weekends ago and this was probably the girls' favorite stop. Tyler, the son I believe who manages the business, was there and took care of us properly. They were also kind enough to extend the membership prices to the rest of the girls who were there with me. Really a great place and absolutely recommend it. If you're a red wine fan, you won't be disappointed. read more

Came here after running the Napa Valley Marathon -- in total, we were four marathoners, two 5K-er's, and one very awesome SO. We had a wonderful host (Ché--rhymes with rosé!) who gave a splendid introduction of all the wines. Unfortunately I was not at my sharpest, having just run for less than 4 hours (woohoo!), so I don't really remember the details, but I do remember liking the cabernet sauvignon quite a lot. The chardonnay also was crispy and not the usual kind of butter-y chardonnay that you usually get. Apparently this style is a family special. There are some very comfy couches (with high armrests!) toward the back, so try snagging that spot if you can. I'll certainly recommend this spot for anyone who likes the laid-back, comfy, and home-y feel of a winery. read more

I've come here twice now and love this spot. My bf and I found it randomly one day as we were driving by. We stopped in at 5pm on a Sunday and were greeted by Tyler-son of the owner. He was great! He welcomed us and gave us a run down on their history and wines. There weren't many people here since it was an hour before closing, but Tyler made us feel right at home and we never felt rushed to head out since it was getting close to closing. The vibe in this place is super cute, they have wine barrels lining the walls and fun and funky art hanging all around (it's also a mini art gallery). The tables they have around the room are wine barrels and they have chalkboards on the top of them, so you can doodle while you drink. They have a big screen tv towards the back and comfy leather couches around it, in case you want to wine taste AND watch the game! We came back Labor Day weekend with a group of 11 since we had such a positive experience the first time we came. Kevin served us and he was also great! Super friendly, funny, attentive and knowledgeable about the wine. Even included 2 of their cheese plates for our table. Overall a great place to come tasting and discover a new winery in the heart of downtown Napa! Street parking is plentiful, they allow dogs(of course we had to bring our golden puppy), and prices are super reasonable! Great spot! Lots of seating. Friendly staff. Beat the heat by coming in to enjoy the air conditioning and complementary sample of Sauvignon Blanc upon arrival. They had some Al Green playing when we entered. We were greeted by a sweet husky+pit bull mix named Honey. Really nice, non-pretentious atmosphere that's pretty close to Oxbow Market and tons of food options. Tips: -They have two lines of wine here. Vinoce is the higher end stuff and Twenty Rows is a bit easier on your pocket. -They also make their own olive oil and offer it with some small bread slices. Definitely give it a try! read more

A hidden gem in NAPA. Another family owned winery/warehouse that offers great, friendly, accomodating service. If you have a NAPA card, your free tasting comes with cheese platter which is awesome!!! We definitely had a great time tasting their wines. When you go inside there are barrels all over this huge warehouse which gives you a great feel of barrel rooms. They host weddings , parties and hosts upcoming artists. Really a must stop if you are in the area. read more
