Very good service, nice wine selection, good way to relax and spend the time while waiting for boarding. Cute clean decor. The food is good. Enjoyed my sandwich and glass of wine very much. Thank you.

Inside the airport. Service is outstanding! They made me my own wine flight with the most popular white, red and sparkling. Cute space inside and quick service as we all have flights to catch. Friendly vibe and food too if needed.

I'm have stopped by Veno Volo at RNO on several occasions when traveling for work. This trip was bo different except the service. I had my partner with me and we were in casual dress (jeans and T shirt). We had 1.5 hours to kill. When the server finally came to our table he didnt introduced himself so I can't tell you who specifically, just asked what we wanted. I ordered a Rose tasting flight and my partner ordered the Blonde (beer on tap). Server had to ask "the what" and we pointed it out in the menu. I then ordered the Butchers board and he asked "anything else" i ordered the meatballs. He walked away. No additional convo or acknowledgement. Silverware was brought and eventually our drinks. My 2 teen (17) daughters joined. When the female server brought our food she approached the table with each dish in hand. Said "butcher board" and then waited for us to move our drinks. While scrambling to move my tasting flight part of the food rolled off the board onto the floor. We all saw it, including the server, and my partner commented "oops". The server saw it, never said a word. Sat down our two dishes and walked away. After about 15-20 min of my daughters joining and is sharing silverware I went to the bar and asked for more silverware and ordered 2 sprite. I was handed silverware and told the sodas would be brought over. They were delivered without comment or checking if we needed anything. We finished our food and drinks. The male server finally came over and asked if we needed anything (hour after sitting, 40+ after food delivery). We asked for the bill. Im very disappointed that this was the service when I have had a very different experience in the past. I can only assume we didn't "look the part". The food was great as usual. The service was non-existent and well under par for the ambience and price.

Absolutely unreal service... I left... very satisfied. I stopped by this lounge before catching my flight, and let me tell you - Kyah does NOT play around when it comes to taking care of me. The way she handled everything? Smooth. Confident. Completely in control. Top energy the entire time. I was honestly shocked at how quickly she figured out exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. By the end, I was sitting there thinking, "Wow... I did NOT expect to be taken care of like that before a flight." I walked out feeling relaxed, recharged, and low-key a little weak in the knees - all from the service alone. The staff is really, really good at what they do. There might be wine and food here too but not sure.

Wine flights were good sized. Food was okay, not completely defrosted. One guy worker was not overly customer service oriented, but the gal was absolutely helpful and delightful to us, as well as knowledgable about wines. Atmosphere was comfortable and there a lot of wines and snacks to but in the attached snack shop...very pricey.

Stopped in to have a couple drinks before our flight and we had quite an enjoyable experience. Mimosas were on happy hour so why not...lol..Comfortable setting, and excellent customer service.

Although I frequent the Reno Airport, my departing flights are usually before Vino Volo opens. But, with a flight delay, I was able to check this spot out. I was happy to see a vegan option or two, as well as vegetarian options. This healthy option is great, since the only competition in this airport is McDonald's, Timber Ridge (diner-style food), and a Pizza joint. This casual, but elevated spot holds about 20 seats at the bar, and a few tables to sit at as well. I ordered some kind of Mediterranean Antipasti that came with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, olives, peppers, chick peas, and dolmas. It could have used a bit more seasoning and wish it was served with a crostini because it was a bit awkward to eat, but it was still a nice lunch option.

I've been to a couple various Vino's at the airport. The ambiance is fairly nice for an airport establishment; intimate, classy. As everywhere at the airport, prices are higher than average. I got a bowl of veg soup and the cocktail while waiting for my delayed flight. Both hit the spot. It's a nice respite to the hectic halls of the airport.

We had some time to kill before our flight so we stopped here and grab a couple drinks and a quick bite. I'll start with the customer service - it was ok. It started off not-so-good but we quickly realized our server was overworked. It improved as our time there progressed. I ordered the three cheese egg bites. I've been avoiding carbs as much as possible and sticking with protein. What I received was actually more of a muffin with a little bit of egg and cheese mixed in. This wasn't mentioned in the menu at all. To make matters worse, it was over cooked, dry and flavorless. Thankfully, it was only $7 bucks, so it wasn't a huge loss. Still, though. So would I go here again? For drinks, sure! The beer they had on tap (can't remember the name) was actually really good. The food, however, will probably be a hard pass for me.

The long tables lined with bottles feel almost like a curated gallery, and the garage-style doors let in natural light that makes the whole place feel alive without being loud or overwhelming. What really stands out is how intentional everything feels, especially the wine list. It is handwritten on a large chalkboard, which gives it a relaxed, neighborhood vibe, but the selection is thoughtful and globally inspired. You will find a mix of Old World staples and boutique producers alongside well-chosen California options. The list includes everything from crisp Picpoul and Bordeaux Blanc blends to approachable Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with more unique offerings like Loire Valley blends and Spanish varietals that show they are not just playing it safe. The pricing is another highlight. Most glasses land in the $9 to $15 range, which feels more than fair for the quality. They even offer a carafe option, about two and a half glasses, which is perfect for sharing and encourages you to settle in and enjoy the experience rather than rush through it. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a wine bar. It is relaxed, conversational, and effortlessly refined. It is the kind of place where you can catch up with friends, go on a date, or simply unwind and end up staying longer than you planned. What truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Kate. She went above and beyond in every way. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the wines, and genuinely warm in her approach. She made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and created an experience that felt personal rather than transactional. It is clear she cares about what she does, and it made a great environment feel even better. Black Rock Wine Co is not trying too hard, and that is exactly why it works. It is curated, welcoming, and just the right level of elevated. We will absolutely be back.

All three of us ordered a tasting flight and eat all shared a charcuterie board and a lobster roll. My flight was the Pinot Noir and I was very impressed! Each one was better than the last! The charcuterie board was amazing and something I'd definitely order again. The filling of the lobster roll was good but I wasn't a fan of the bread. Our server was prompt, personable, and so sweet, we enjoyed her very much! I love the different seating options and that you can look around at all the wines they have within the building. We had someone with the salmon, someone with salad and steak, someone with meatballs, someone with a Cuban. They all looked so good and made me want to try them all. Sadly, the night was abruptly ended as the manager came over. And told us we had to leave because he had another table to seat at ours. There are many ways a manager could do this, and yes, we have been there for a little over two hours, enjoying our time, the service was slow, in a way that encouraged taking your time...a fine dining experience, which generally you would think would be unrushed. We ordered drinks, salad, salads, mains, dessert for 4... No split meals, no split tabs. One credit card and a generous tip. We had already paid the bill and were getting ready to go within the next few minutes because we all needed to be home before 8. The manager came over was extremely unkind and rude in his tone and request. He told me, without provocation, didn't care if we gave him a bad review. And two hours was long enough for dinner. We all walked out in silence, aghast at his terrible manners and words. All that to say, diner beware.
