I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!

Well, once you finish panicking and shopping frantically for a gown...you turn desperately to Yelp to find someone to alter your dress in short order. And, Yelp, thank you for never failing me! Adriana's Tailoring was number one on the list and so highly reviewed. Even so, we never believed it would be possible for us to get it done in time. We called and asked if she could do the impossible and she said "come on in". She treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness and told us she could have it done in a couple of hours. We went down the street and had some lunch to kill time but by the time we were done she was calling us to come back. Not only did she charge us a fair rush fee (considering the circumstances she could have charged us anything), but she did an amazing job! You would've thought that the gown was tailor-made for me. Her prices are fair and reasonable. Her attention to detail and the pride she obviously takes in her work are remarkable. Her professionalism and accommodating nature make her stand out even more than the quality of her work. We live in Miami and whenever we need any alterations or tailoring, we do not hesitate to make the drive up to Adriana's Tailoring. We've also recently discovered that she has an amazing knack for design and upholstery and cannot wait to have a chance to put that portion of her talent to use. Updating my review after seeing the owner's response because it's honestly misleading…read more I gave more than two weeks' notice, yet I was still pushed into "rush" pricing that didn't align with my actual timeline. Also, I was clearly told there would be no fittings for my wedding dress -- so it's confusing to now see claims about multiple fittings being standard. That was not what I was offered. For comparison, I went to a larger, cleaner, more established alterations studio and was quoted $900 WITH fittings included for similar work. Meanwhile, I was quoted $1,600 here WITHOUT fittings. That price difference speaks for itself. I'm sharing this so other brides understand exactly what they may be quoted versus what's actually included because transparency matters, especially this close to a wedding.
