I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. They do not have their pricing listed online or in-store, and when you ask for a quote, the amount may be lower than what you are ultimately charged. I was charged $27.03 to clean one jacket. I brought in two jackets total, and it took four days to complete the cleaning. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed I was charged for three items instead of two. There was an additional charge for a "grey leather belt." When I asked the representative about it, he pointed to a strap attached to my jacket and suggested it may have been removed and cleaned separately. However, the strap was part of the coat and had not been detached. I did not pursue the issue further, because overall experience left me feeling over it and scammed. Updating my review after seeing the owner's response because it's honestly misleading…read more I gave more than two weeks' notice, yet I was still pushed into "rush" pricing that didn't align with my actual timeline. Also, I was clearly told there would be no fittings for my wedding dress -- so it's confusing to now see claims about multiple fittings being standard. That was not what I was offered. For comparison, I went to a larger, cleaner, more established alterations studio and was quoted $900 WITH fittings included for similar work. Meanwhile, I was quoted $1,600 here WITHOUT fittings. That price difference speaks for itself. I'm sharing this so other brides understand exactly what they may be quoted versus what's actually included because transparency matters, especially this close to a wedding.
