We got the charcuterie for 3-4 people, and there were pieces of salami that only came with 2 pieces. There should be at least 4 pieces of each to share. The pecans and the pita that came with this were stale. What saved the day was the blackberry burrata salad (even though it barely should be considered a salad). The pizza was pleasant! We went on a rainy day, so we had to sit inside and the ambiance was not great. Not a wine bar feel. Luckily I was in great company and had a good time with wine! As a parent, that's incredibly frustrating. We communicated a simple safety request, and it wasn't taken seriously. That alone overshadowed the entire meal. For a restaurant that prides itself on providing a high-end dining experience, the level of service we received was far below expectations. Multiple mistakes throughout dinner, combined with a preventable incident involving a child, left us extremely disappointed. We came expecting great food and professional service. Instead, we left frustrated, disappointed, and questioning whether customer care is truly a priority here.
