The disappointing part wasn't just that our pizza was never made despite waiting nearly an hour, it was how the staff handled a frustrated customer. Delays happen, and most people can understand that. What customers shouldn't have to deal with is employees escalating situations, inserting themselves into conversations, misrepresenting what was said, and arguing instead of simply apologizing and resolving the issue professionally. This restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill.
