I ordered the American omelette that I thought was pretty good. Unfortunately, no rice. Potatoes were well seasoned. Shelly offered to call me and talk things through, offering creative ways for us to be able to save on spending; paying in cash to reduce card fees, reducing staff by using disposable plates, moving to one protein, etc. We didn't end up needing to do most of these things, but regardless, she indicated she was on our team and would do whatever she could to help us. She was beyond patient with me and kind the whole way through as I went back and forth on what to do. I had endless questions for weeks before booking. On wedding day, everything went off without a hitch. Her team showed up in professional attire, were kind, respectful, and prompt. They were so sweet and kept telling us how beautiful everything was and how grateful they were to be there. The food was SO GOOD. So good in fact we put the leftover scalloped potatoes, prime rib, and artichoke chicken straight in the freezer on wedding night and are just about to run out. It is still just as good now reheated in the oven! And the desserts went QUICK. If I could change anything, I would have ordered extra. We have too many sweet lovers in the family!
