FANTASTIC WORK! I read the reviews before dropping off some work pants but decided to try for myself. After all it's a great location. The Seamstress is warm and friendly. The pricing is pair especially for the amount of work needed. I wish I had photos of how my pants looked before. My navy pants were in rough shape with the waist band almost half torn apart at the front and elastic band showing in two places in the back. The seamstress spotted some other thoughtful places to ensure longevity like the back pocket and belt loops. My olive pants had small spilts that probably revealed my undies. Being reminded of the reviews I wanted to check right away of any stains but I wanted to have confidence in this shop. I inspected in the car. I didn't have any stains and when I got home no odd fittings. I will come back again for any other clothing repairs and may try some shoe repairs too. read more

No appointments needed. I just dropped in and they did the measure for 3 pants. Excellent work and it was completed as promised.

I called to obtain a price to have pants hemmed. First couple of times I called, no answer. Today, I called and after a couple of rings someone picks up and hangs up. I thought maybe I would try calling back. Same thing... Someone is clearly picking up the phone, you can hear them, and then slamming the phone down. Not very professional or kind of them. read more

First off the business owner is rude. He completely ruined my prom dress and when I went in there to try to explain to him what he did he kind of just brushed it off like up not my problem I did my job. Didn't even try to make it better. When he completely made the sides of my dress uneven and the bottom is way shorter than it supposed to be. Extremely disappointed. read more

The lady that owns this shop is amazing! I have taken my clothes there for years & recommend her to anyone looking for alterations or repairs. Prices are reasonable & work is incredible. I once bought a pair of brand new pants, but did not like the pleats in the front of the waist band & they needed be slightly bigger in the waist as well. She removed the waistband, removed the pleats (which added extra material) & used the extra tab in the waistband to expand the waist slightly & put it all back together so perfectly that it looked like I had bought them off the rack that way! She has made clothes at one time & has a thorough understanding of how to take clothes apart & alter them as if they were made that way! This little shop does an amazing job with alterations. We've taken many items here for several years. Each time, we were extremely pleased with the service and work. Their prices are reasonable too.
