I have been going to Village Pizza since the day they opened! The food is great! When i lived in CF sometimes we called for delivery, it was always within the time allotted. Now, since I live over 6 miles away i pick my order up. They have a huge menu to choose from, it has expanded since the early days! I am glad they are still around! read more

Yummy pizza! We placed an order for pick up at Village Pizza and we're given a 20 minute pick up time, which isn't bad at all. We ordered a large cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizzas, plus a Greek salad. The space is simple, but it was nice that they had a pick up window, making grabbing and going super quick and efficient. The pizzas were hot when we grabbed them and it was clear they were fresh. The crust was crispy, but the rest of the dough was super light and pillowy. Plus, they didn't skimp on the pepperoni! I have been a loyal customer to Village Pizza for years,ordering at least once a week spending $25 each time. The last time I ordered I called to have the food delivered for 12:30 because we had a lunch meeting and wanted to make sure we had lunch. At 1:05 food still not delivered called the store and was told it was delivered at 12:30 asked to who she said not sure. Spent 20 minutes trying to track down my order of $85 for 5 people. No apology from the "manager" even left a message and sent an email to the owner and have. It heard since. My boss not knowing what happened the week before ordered for 12:00 pm delivery and was told that it would be there same thing we didn't get the food for an hour after we were promised. We have tried a few different things from their menu. Most are good. Their loaded fries are awesome. Tonight we ordered their romaine hearts grilled chicken, Greek salad. They used the outer leaves. It has been a nightmare trying to get a refund. I initially ordered 2 party size pizzas for delivery the next day. The total was $87.94. I had to modify my order to 1 party size pizza. I was told that I couldn't modify my order but that they could cancel the first order and make a new order. They explained to me that I would see two charges on my bank account. One for $87.94 and a new charge for $52.33. I was told that they had cancel my first order and that it should appear in my bank in 5-7 business days... It has been about a month now and still nothing. I have called four times within the month and been told that the owner has been notified and that he will call me back. Visited the store twice. Finally, I was able to get a hold of the owner through a worker but the owner did not want to cancel my order or refund. The last thing the owner said was " Call the bank to dispute it and I will accept the dispute. You waited too long to try to get a refund." Should it be this hard to get a refund? Try the bone-in wings! Had them tonight (along with pizza) and they were great. I had asked for boneless wings but they sent bone-in wings - at first glance I was annoyed...but once I tried them...I have to say - crisp and tasty! They have tons of sauce options - I tried honey BBQ and it was really good. I did get it on the side (in case I didn't care for the sauce) - so that could have helped the wings stay crispy during the delivery commute. Well, this was interesting. We placed an online order at 11:28 AM just a few things, mainly fryer food. Fries, chicken sandwich, fried ravioli and Jamaican patties. Here it is currently 1:05 PM and our order just arrived. The out for delivery email I received came in at 12:35 PM so it took 1 hr. 7 mins to fry food and assemble a sandwich. It took another half hour to deliver it. We are located 0.7 Miles away from Village Pizza. that's a 5 min drive with traffic. Needless to say after a half an hour. The food was cold. Mostly it was edible, but the fries? Who eats cold fries? We are difficult to find, but not a half hour difficult. And the amount of time we had to wait was not worth the cold food. EDIT: For the cherry on top of the Sundae, the bacon I ordered on my Sandwich was not there. Love being charged extra for a topping that wasn't added and pay $26.91 for food that took 1.5 hrs to arrive wrong and cold. Stay away from Village Pizza!!!! read more

I don't understand the glowing reviews of this place. I live super close and they do have good deals so I ordered from here quite a few times when I first moved in. The food is all okay. The pizza is meh, the grinders are meh. The only things that are actually good are the wings and the fries. And the service is just terrible. I swear 75% of the time I place an order there it is wrong. I understand mistakes happen once in an while but human error can't even explain the sheer number of wrong orders I've gottten from this place. And every time I call to complain about it they just "ummmm" at me. Like once instead of buffalo wings they dropped off plain wings. Got a menu in the mail the other day and we decided to try it. We had heard of the place but didn't think they would deliver as far away as ar are. Turns out they do. We haven't tried the piazza, this was our first order. I had a combo boneless wing and fry box. It was 8 wings and a pile of fries for around seven bucks. That was good deal but the wife got a better one. She had the lasagna dinner. It was I big (1.5pound) lasagna, salad and garlic bread for ten bucks. Cant beat that. Oh, and it was good too. The boneless wings were standard resturaunt tenders with sauce and a thing of Kens blue cheese dressing. They were good and hot and so were the fries. No complaints. Wife liked the lasagna though she says I will like it more as I like a lot of ricotta cheese and sauce. It did look really good to me and it was huge. We also had banana bites and fried oreos.
