absolutely phenomenal experience here!!! READ ON:…read more from the call i first made to inquiry as a new patient, to the moment i walked out the door i was treated kindly and with respect, being genuinely listened to and not rushed like most offices. everyone there, from the techs to Dr. Amin took their time to talk to me and make sure the experience was not just good, but great. I'm talking all the little details that most dont go to the effort to do. they have TVs galore there with your choice of Netflix to watch literally while you are getting work done. they even have a tv on the ceiling! i personally opted to listen to my own podcast, of which the tech paused to let me put on, totally understanding. the entire place is spotless. they say you can tell a lot about a place based on how clean there bathroom is... well this bathroom was immaculate. now to their actual technology, its state of the art. this guy really took investing back into his business serious. they have 3d modeling, high tech (extremely low radiation) x-rays, and even some crazier imaging technology that I've never seen before. another thing was they had a tool with a camera on it that can show the patient the exact up close visual that they see, on the ceiling tv. it's not like the old school way of using a mirror to kind of see what they mean. i saw that thing in 4k HD MAX ZOOM LOL. anyway, their pricing is extremely fair, even for me with no dental paying cash. its the type of business decision that will gain them more customers, as i already prepaid for my next visit and will be referring my partner and anyone else that needs an elite dentist. also the dentist is SWOLE AF, which if he has that kind of discipline, you can surely trust him to be diligent with his dentistry work A-Z. five stars. thanks for everything, even dealing with my overly intrusive material science questions lol.

I was so thrilled to find a mostly female dentistry, with kind practitioners and wonderful hygienists who were very attentive and caring. I never had an issue paying for treatments, and I had been satisfied with my care until my last appointment. As a teacher, I already have a difficult enough schedule to work around, and I had taken about a two year hiatus from regular dental checkups due to the terrible insurance my district chose, and not having WGD as an option at the time. I changed my plan over as soon as I could specifically to go back there. At my appointment, the new (to me) hygienist was very sweet. But when Dr. Ho, who I have seen several times before, looked at my teeth, she told me I needed a deep cleaning and that I couldn't get a regular cleaning at all that day. I take care of my teeth, and I was appalled that they essentially wasted my free yearly dental exam while simultaneously refusing care. They then quoted me about $400 out of pocket, with insurance, and they do not accept Care Credit, which is poor business practices in my opinion. If you want working people to have access to quality dental care, then make it so. This last experience had me feeling like I had been pushed out of a business I once trusted and recommended on multiple occasions. How sad that they have resorted to poor tactics like this, showing such little care for a working class person. Needless to say I won't be back again.

I was very touched by the passion that both practitioners had to get my tooth to look perfect. It is very difficult to tell which of my front teeth has the veneer. I was not insecure about my smile before the veneer, but since having the work done (which I was reluctant to do) I have found myself smiling bigger with my brighter smile in every room I walk into!

With this being my dentist since childhood it is disheartening leaving a negative review but coming…read moreto this dental practice as an adult has been nothing short of a miserable experience. Since this was a dentist my parents used for years I brought my fiancée on board as well. We scheduled a routine cleaning for my fiancée that turned into a deep cleaning which we had no problem with, the problems began when we received the bill and couldn't make heads or tails of some of the charges when asking for clarification we realized we'd been charged for services he had not received. While they credited us what we had been charged for we couldn't help but feel like the extra charges where placed their purposefully, and so the problems continued. My self and my fiancé credit was run for care credit (without our consent) to see how much we qualified for since we were paying out of pocket. Once the office knew the amount we had available to spend we where no longer updates during our appointment as to what was happening and how much each service was. I was in office to repair a crown I received from another dentist. I was told what the procedure would be and the total price of that specific procedure, whether the damage was to extensive or another miscommunication issue, the type of new crown/veneer needed to be different but at no point in time was I ever told it would be a different price until I checked out and the service was done. I was made to feel like I was being problematic for questioning the bill and at that point the level of service and quality of care I received went down hill and I was met with hostility and disdain anytime I would call especially from the receptionist / office manager. (Please reference their google reviews as it seems I'm not the only person to have problems with the receptionist/ manager and who seems to be being charged for more than what they are receiving) My family and I are disappointed that the practice has taken such a turn for the worst and have decided to not return.

This tooth has been causing me grief for 10 years. A root canal, a crown, endodontic surgery to redo a root canal....and then 10 years later bam, another infection caused by a crack in the tooth. Anyway, I digress. Dr. Lawnin's office got me in right away. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They were kind and professional and I was able to submit all my paperwork via email before my appt. Dr Lawnin and his assistants made me so comfortable, took an X-ray that immediately pops up on the screen in front of you, and then took the time to explain everything to me. The tooth had to get removed and I'm opting for the dental implant route. Fast forward one week later to today. I opted for oral sedation and didn't even need laughing gas! Local anesthesia was applied after some numbing cream. He was able to extract my lower first molar #30, and do a bone graft to prepare for a future dental implant. There was some sutures involved, but I didn't feel them and the way i was so relaxed, it didn't even phase me. I was relaxed and got through everything without the panicky sweats I normally get at dentist offices. I highly recommend Dr. Lawnin and his office!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Read, Megan, and everyone here…read more I had really bad dental anxiety and had barely been to the dentist since I was around 12 years old. I'm 47 now so walking through the door for the first time was a pretty big deal for me. From the front desk to being in the dental chair, everyone made me feel comfortable, safe, and never embarrassed about how long it had been (or how wildly messed up my teeth were). The whole process took about a year. I had my upper teeth removed and implants done on the top, along with some implant work on the bottom. It was a big process, but Dr. Read and team made it so much easier than I expected. Megan was part of the team taking care of me during most of my visits, and she was excellent as well. Having the same person there so often made a big difference, especially with my anxiety. She was always patient, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The final result is incredible. My teeth look natural, feel natural, and are strong enough that I don't really even think about them being implants. They used some really impressive technology throughout the process, and you can tell a lot of care and pride went into making sure everything looked and felt right. When everything was finally finished, I actually teared up because I was so happy with how I looked and most importantly - how I felt. I don't think I realized how much of a burden having bad teeth had been until that burden was gone. Being able to smile without thinking about it is a pretty amazing feeling. If you have dental anxiety, have avoided the dentist for years, or are considering implants, I would absolutely recommend the entire team. I'm genuinely grateful I finally went through with it.
