The guy did nothing but lie - I even started recording the phone conversations and playing them back to show how crazy of a liar he was with us. The whole experience from the paperwork not being done right , the car not being ready or cleaned when we came to pick up, they don't even put gas in the tank! We had issues with car after ( AC didn't work, roof leaked, had to replace brake pads after they claimed to have just done them... Never returned our phone calls of course. We ended up having another dealership work on the car and said they are known for being scumbags. They tried to go though the extended warranty we purchased through capital motors and it was very limited in what they covered. For example, they covered the new AC condenser ( but wouldn't cover the freon to refill it). They only reimburse up to $100 per hour for the technicians time so you have to pay the difference in what the dealership charges per hour. If something isn't covered in the warranty - they won't cover the technicians time for that portion of the repair. When you are at the dealer, you will see them begging people to leave good reviews. Go back a couple months, they had like a 2 star rating. All the sudden they have 4.7. We are in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope my review can save others from dealing with this place. Honestly - shit happens and we bought a used car but this place is awful. so many other things I haven't even mentioned occurred.
