From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!
