Defective pathfinder 2025 seat

I owned a pathfinder for 10 years very Happy with car . I decided to buy a new pathfinder from Smithtown Nissan . the seats are defecrice. I brought it in for service 4k miles and the service manager denied to repair and stated normal wear . I then called Nissan corp and after 2 weeks they denied claim stating service rep said normal wear. they suggested I could call bayshore Nissan to get second opinion. I called 3 times and they did not want to get involved . I then spoke to mfg and they denied claim stating normal wear . I contacted BBB auto and sent video and went to arbitration they approved replacement when they viewed the video of the defective seat . The seat leather is bubbling and you sink in seat about 6" . They had no problem taking over50 k but do not want to take care of the customer . I now see my other seat is doing the same thing . Do Not Buy A 2025Pathfinder defective seats and Nissan corp will deny repairs and just cause a lot of wasted time . look on websites and you can see a lot of complaints about the seats. They need to have a recall do not accept this defect .

Unfortunately I have to do this. Been a Nissan customer over 30 years and this dealership has always been great until now. They promised me things with the lease of a 2024 Murano and never made good on them. They owe me mats, full tank of gas, 1 year of oil changes The vehicles have always been great. I am extremely disappointed in the people. I have always been a man of my word and expect that of the people I do business with. I did not receive this. To make matters worse the sales manager Jose refuses to return my calls and will not take my calls. I have also called the general manager Mike and he has not called me back. This is going on over 2 months. See my photo below of what is owed and the date and that should be enough said. All I want is a call back and what I was promised for vehicle I leased.

I've gone there to have my yearly inspection done, I went there when I got a flat tire, I've gone there to have my oil changed and every time I go it's quick efficient and I'm not spending thousands of dollars on repairs. I don't need. I do not feel any pressure to get any thing fixed with my car that probably doesn't need it. I go at least twice a year for a regular maintenance and when I get my inspection it's quick and I pay for the inspection and go. I just recently had my inspection and my brakes done and I was on my way in less than an hour and a half. I'm always expecting to spend two or three hours because that has been my experience in the past. But now, the last year that I've been going to Pep Boys, I haven't spent more than a couple hours. The longest time I've spent there was because my car was towed in last minute for the flat tire, which is to be expected because people with appointments are taken care of first. I had no problem waiting because I didn't want to cut in line. The Pep Boys in Lake Grove is great and I will continue to go there Oh, and I also should mention that I got a flat tire years ago in a different town and that Pep Boys was just as wonderful. When I thought I was gonna have to get a new tire, they just fixed my tire and I spent 15 bucks. Pep Boys is great and I will continue to bring my car there.

Hmm.. One star and I'm being generous…read more A few weeks ago, I dropped off my Tesla for a New York State inspection. I brought the car here two years ago and it passed with no problems. A Tesla should be an easy inspection, there's no engine to check! My wife & I walk to Smithhaven Mall, we window shop, all is right with the world. I walk in and I'm told the car failed inspection. What?! Yes sir, the tint on your windows is not up to code. Wait a second, you passed the car last year?? Yes sir, someone made a mistake and I don't want any problems. You'll have to take it back to your tint shop, let them put a lighter shade of tint that will pass New York State Ins.. I ran outside to the car and ripped off all the tint on the side windows. I went back to the desk with a huge tint ball. Now the car will pass! Idiots. Never again.

When we decided to change our old Honda Accord EX-L and get the Honda Hybrid Accord EX-L, as always, we contacted Mr. Ramirez, who now is working in association with Mr. Francesco Allevato and, boy, they did not disappoint us. The purchase went smoothly as Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Allevato and business Manager Mr. Phil Ward do not pressure you in any way, explain everything in simple terms, and treat you in a very courteous and professional way. At Advantage Honda in Saint James, we found the car with the color we wanted and at the right price. We know a car dealership is not a charity but rather a business to make money. So, we just wanted a fair price and we got it from Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Allevato. Previously we got in touch with many other Honda dealerships to compare prices but we received outrageous overpriced quotations. But, as noted, only at Advantage Honda we found a reasonable and affordable price and were able to make the purchase. We cannot be happier. If you are in the market for a new Honda, Advantage Honda in Saint James, New York, will not disappoint you, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Andrew was especially patient with me with buying the certified used CR-V and allowed me to find the right one. Other staff members were respectful and helpful. Never felt pressured or that I was being worked over like at other dealerships.
