Additionally there were "other" mechanical issues that required a new starter as well. I trusted their recommendation and decided to agree to the work. Total bill was $1,148.00 Which was way to high according to other mechanics but that's what dealerships typically do. OVERCHARGE. Ok fine, I was pissed but I got over it becuase my car seemed to be working fine. 12 months later, my car refuses to start. I get a jump from a neighbor and it finally starts. Next day, same thing. This continues for several weeks. I called them and expected a free diagnostic of the car and for them to fix the problem. They refuse stating it been over a year and that I would have to pay for whatever the problem is... I go to my local mechanic and he stated I needed a new battery and a starter. WHAT!?!! I just bought a battery and a sensory battery from the dealership and I need a new battery and starter!?! Mind you!! I work from home so I barely even drive the car. Just had to pay 600 for a new battery/starter. DO NOT go to this place. I paid almost 1200 for what!?And my high beams are still not working either. They fixed nothing and made me pay for it.

My vehicle has LED Halo daytime running lights; but they insisted that the HID headlamp be replaced (actually, they told me they were replacing the daytime running light assembly, but I was billed for a HID headlight). Pretty sure they didn't install anything and just billed parts and labor. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

After dropping my Jeep off in the morning and then finding out 10 minutes before they were closing they actually had no time to even look at the vehicle. So now I had to race up there as they were closing to get my vehicle since I couldn't have them keep it overnight when I was told they would be able to look at it through the afternoon. The way I had received my car was an absolute disgrace . Dashboard was hanging out of the middle of the car, the hood wasnt closed and tools were in and on top of my Jeep. After speaking with Sean, the manager the next day, he assured me that they were just short staffed and was seemed truly sorry. He had also let me know that the part I needed, which I was told, was covered under my warranty, was ordered, and he would give me a call in the next few days when it was about to come in. That alone was a horrible situation. I must've called about 4-5 times during the month of December asking Sean where the part was and he kept assuring me it was on back order but it was coming after I was told numerous dates of when it was to arrive and never did . Long story short around Christmas I was able to make an appointment for January 8. This morning I brought the car in, got everything ready to go and as I am filling out my paperwork I am now told that the part is not covered under warranty ,that it is actually $900. Sean let me know that the mechanic who told me that (which it was also him as well) it was under warranty was mistaken, and he was actually fired after the incident six weeks ago about what happened with putting my car back together that he was not competent. After much back-and-forth, Sean just kept saying that it was a mistake that now the part is not covered under the warranty and pretty much that was all that he could do to assist in this problem. We had spoken on the phone numerous times in December and he never felt the need to maybe look into pricing in the six weeks of making me wait. Absolutely zero sympathy from this whole company. They are completely incompetent and now I would label them a dangerous dealership to even bring a vehicle to. I would not suggest anyone coming here when there are a million other vehicles and vehicle dealerships on Long Island.

What really stood out was how straight forward every thing was. All the sale prices were clearly posted on the vehicles-no negotiating, no haggling, no pressure. We were able to browse through a large selection locally and even knew there were thousands more available nationwide if needed. We found the perfect minivan in Huntington in under an hour and the paperwork process was just as smooth and efficient. Our saleswoman, Amanda, also took the time the explain the option of an extended warranty since the vehicle was past manufacturer's coverage. Even though we had heard mixed reviews about extended warranties, we decided to go with a 4-year/60,000 mile plan- and we're so glad we did. We've now had to use the warranty twice. The first time, the radiator and water pump needed replacement-over $3,000 worth of work-and it was completely covered without any hassle. Now we're dealing with another internal engine issue costing thousands more, and once again, everything is being handled seamlessly. Not once have we had to stress or worry about the process. We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase through Enterprise. Since then, we've recommended them to a least five other people, all of whom have also had great experiences. Once we were there, we were then told "there must have been some mix up, it was sold months ago." Then your sales person left us to take care of something else. If you actually read the review, you would have seen that this has nothing to do with pricing. Then we were told the car was taken down from your site when it wasn't. I was able to email your dealership & confirm 2 separate times that you still had the car in stock when it wasn't. One of your workers even set up another appointment to test drive as car that wasn't even there.
