    They say they put money into the cars they sell as an excuse not to budge on the price. It's gotta be a lie. They sell junk cars!

I begin to pull away but hear them start my car (subaru WRX STi), slam on my car's gas and bounce the RPM's off it's Rev limiter for an extended period of time. Not cool. I didn't even ask for a appraisal, told them this & they kicked me out of the show room & told me to be respectful. Phil & his used car sales' manager needs to learn respect NOT me... In February, he contacted me to let me know he was now working for Honda City in Bethpage. After putting down $5,000 and winding up with a monthly payment increase of $90, Phil assured me that any excess mileage; wear n tear; disposition fee would be waived via the Loyalty Program Offer that I received. Since the 2020 Pilot was financed thru Fusion & not Honda I asked him if I should get my own inspection. He said it wasn't necessary. Well that was a huge mistake because after receiving a slew of bills, I ultimately owed Fusion $2100.00. This saga went on for three months. Phony Phil told me he was working with Fusion & adj's were being made (his most recent text was dated 5/31). I then visited him in person and expressed my frustration. He asked me to give him another day, he shook my hand, & gave me his word he was on it. I then contacted the Fusion rep who was handling the case. She said Fusion hadn't heard from Phil. Phil then left his employment with Honda City & ghosted me. I did however make it my business to visit him today at his "new gig" in Patchogue. As you can well imagine it didn't go well. Honest Abe was quite annoyed that I tracked him down. For all you readers, do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere!!!

I pulled up a seat and waited 20 minutes while they completely ignored my existence. I understand they were talking to a customer but in this business, a simple "I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. When I finally have enough sitting around, I got up to leave & one salesman gave me a petty little "were you looking for something?" Was I looking for something? Yes, maybe a car that you have listed on your website since this is a car lot? All of this for him to say "it's sold", ok how about take it off your website then? Extremely unprofessional & rude salesman, I bought multiple cars from the previous owners of this dealership but I will never return to this dealership and I will tell everybody I know to avoid doing business with them.

This establishment is the epitome of the stereotypical crooked car salesmen. They passed the inspection immediately of the 2012 Volvo XC90 with a taillight out and 2 bald tires. I had to chase down initial work agreed upon in the sale. On my way to the dealership 10 days after purchase, an 02 sensor malfunctioned. 2 days after that, transmission problems. Although it is entirely covered under NYS Lemon Law, management at 112 Auto Plaza lied and attempted to avoid paying the transmission shop they outsourced the work to. Afterwards, they refused to take any calls from myself or the shop for days. Two months later, the car is still broken and they have forced me to take legal action. Between tows, rental cars fees and diagnostic fees, I am exhausted. I know this to be true, these people are corrupt and do not care for others. Please do not support their business. Buy a car anywhere else

This dealer really knows cars and the car market, and I have tremendous confidence in his ability to provide my family and I with the safe and dependable transportation we need. We've derived incredible and long value from every car Twentieth Century has provided to us, from the beautiful family cars we've driven, to the sturdy trucks we want our kids in. We were just talking about how LONG we find ourselves able to run the cars we get from Twentieth Century; we start out with such great, well-running and well-maintained cars that we are able to cheaply and easily keep them on the road for many, many years. This dealer also takes extra care with the personal service and details that make taking on a new (to us) car such a thrilling experience. Each car has been meticulously cleaned and serviced before the keys are handed to us, tires inspected and often replaced, music systems tuned up. Patchogue is full of used car dealerships; Twentieth Century is the one you should be looking to for your cars.
