When I asked him "where in writing does it say I owe you $2000?", he came back with "Where in writing does it say you would purchase our used car as long as we purchased your car?" He's rude and lies. - Annoying: the front desk woman always answers in Spanish. When you call, they put you on hold and then make you wait only for another person to pick up and lie about who is in and who is not in. Summary: Go somewhere else.

He then wanted to take control of the situation & told me, he didn't need the problems & I might not be a good fit for the sale. I agreed & told him to send me my deposit.
