Not a big review person but when I find a stellar company its a no brainer to let others know about…read moregreat service especially when it comes to finding a mechanic. Had a mechanic, HAD TO FIND A NEW ONE! I I did some research and a found a local shop on yelp with a few ratings but all five stars. Was this possible, or was it just family and friends writing reviews? I decided to take the plunge and went for an oil change and a thorough vehicle check. I also new I needed new tires. WELL.......It was NOT family and friends writing the reviews. Unbelievable! Oil change done while I waited, chatted with owner during the wait, great conversation. I did need new tires the owner went over the best tires for my cars. He actually showed me what he pays for them and what my price would be. WHO EVER DOES THAT!?!??!? No one! That is my personal experience with this shop and owner. And here is my overall review about this awesome mechanic shop.......... I honestly can't say enough good things about Eastern Automotive! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. Owners Teddy and Lori are two of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet--they treat every customer like family, and it shows in everything they do. What really sets Eastern Automotive apart is their rock-solid honesty and transparency. Teddy took the time to walk me through exactly what my car needed (and more importantly, what it DIDN'T need), showed me the parts, explained everything in plain English, and gave me a fair price with no surprises. No upselling, no scare tactics, no "mystery fees"--just straight-up integrity. The whole team is professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They got my repair done quickly, and when I picked up my car it ran better than it has in years. In a world where it's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, Eastern Automotive is a breath of fresh air. Teddy, Lori, and their amazing crew have earned a customer for life. If you're tired of shady shops and want honest work at a fair price, do yourself a favor and bring your car here. You won't regret it! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Eastern Automotive!
